Love to see a nice FID bench, seems to be a dying breed for some reason but it's a requirement for any bench I buy! Decline is useful for more than just abs and pressing. Looks like a solid choice but here's some feedback that I noticed: - Add another decline angles, FID bench should have something around -10 to -15° and another around -20 to -30°. Or add the option to attach the leg rollers to the back pad side so you can get more decline by laying in reverse (still keep the back pad decline angles as well - sometimes you want to get the bench closer to the floor). - Label the angles on the adjustment post - 600lb capacity seems a little low for 11-gauge steel, most other heavy-duty 11-gauge benches are around 800-1,000lb rated. While 600lbs should be enough for almost everyone, a 220lb person benching 315lbs is getting closer than I like to be. I bet it could tolerate more than that since even cheaper Amazon benches are rated at 600lbs, but I generally prefer to stay at least 100lbs lower than any rated capacities just to be extra safe. - U shaped foot on the bench looks super stable but may get in the way a bit when trying to find foot placement - Leg extensions ROM may be a little limited and lacking resistance at the start of the movement, not ideal for muscle growth. Adding a cable resistance option would be a good start! Also changing the angle of the plate peg could help too. Ideally you want the feet to come back under the seat to lengthen the quads more and simultaneously have tension in that position to maximize hypertrophy. Latest research indicates the lengthened portion of the movement seems to cause the most growth when tension is applied there.

I'm in the market for a leg curl and extension bench and Body Solid solid is on my short list along with Deltech Fitness.

Cool video. On a totally unrelated subject, look like you can use Zogics Rubber Flooring Cleaner and Degreaser. Just use a spray bottle to put a coating of water on the mat, then spray some of the cleaner on top. Scrub it and suck up the excess with a rug washer machine, assuming you have one. It worked for me. No i dont rep for the company, just saw your mats were browning.
