personally I do not think Blitz wanted to shoot the obsessed fan in front of the crowd. _He_ wouldn't give a damn, but he knows Fizz would. There are kids in the crowd and Fizz is really protective of his image and his fans, so he'd probably be upset.
Exactly, it was a good call for Blitzø. He realized Fizz was having a panic attack and then looked worried, and so he got the guy out of there, helped Fizz before Mammon showed up and made it worse. Shooting the guy would’ve just made Fizz’s panic attack worse, because he doesn’t like blood (he doesn’t care that much normally, but while he’s panicking def wouldn’t be good) but mainly wouldn’t want that in front of his fans (esp there being kids in the crowd like the sweet kid he just talked to). Blitzø doesnt give af abt shooting him in front of kids, but knows Fizz does. And then it’s not like he forgot abt the dude, he knew the guy was gonna try smth, so he immediately went and followed the guy around and blew his head off the second he tried anything. I also just realized that when Glitz and Glam were going on and Fizz ran away upset, Blitzø knew he wouldn’t be able to help him, so he went to go get Asmodeus. That’s why Asmodeus came to Fizz’s dressing room right away and knew he was upset. Blitzø is so sweet fr. In love with Fizz and Blitzo’s dynamic
That toxic fan character is easily the scariest villain in the show so far, because that is someone you WOULD meet in real life. Vivienne Medrano absolutely nailed it with that character.
The real mastery with that character is that he simultaneously reflects both Fizz and Mammon. With Fizz it's a dark mirror, reflecting his wants and desires in the worst way possible. Creepzo is the manifestation of what Fizz fears being as their relationship is somewhat a mirror of what he is hoping to have with Mammon having a relatively unknown performer 'using' someone more famous. At the same time Creepzo ends up 'trying' to manipulate Fizz the exact same way that Mammon does by playing to his insecurities. This somewhat 'bright' mirror shows just how pathetic Mammons manipulations are because of how baseless the constant criticism is. They also share the exact same base desire of wanting to use Fizz, reaping all the reward for minimal effort. It really is an amazing character from a story telling perspective I don't see talked about very often.

My personal headcanon is that the explosion temporarily damaged fizz's hearing, as we can maybe surmise that the horns are connected to hearing in some way, seeing as the small imp boy also had broken ones. Maybe it's like with humans that _can_ regain hearing after a traumatic incident if the eardrums weren't entirely destroyed, but during the time when he thought he had completly lost it, Fizz learned to sign and afterwards, he kept the skill, becaue very clearly, he has a big space in his heart for the 'broken' ones.
Another factor in your theory is he would keep it around since Sign could be a good and safe exercise for his fingers which works in his skills as an acrobat and performer Highly dexterous fingers would be very helpful id imagine
Yeah, I think after the explosion and accident, that fire would have taken away just about everything-working arms, hands, even legs. Like he would probably have needed to learn to walk all over again as well. I thought he had to learn sign because of having to learn to use robotic arms and fingers, I hadn't considered he might have gone deaf and regained his hearing. I'm adding that to my headcanon too.

Did you notice in episode 6, Fizz woke up early, drank coffee, put his hat on, and got into character before Ozzie woke up. He didn't want Ozzie to see him when he's not "at his best", he thought he had to be his clown persona all the time, even with the one person who loves him no matter what. So Fizz taking his hat off and showing his real self was really powerful for his character development
Are we all going to skip the fact that Alex met Omni? This is such a legendary moment for him. Also, Omni, I’ve noticed you said in the beginning that you’re worried that when people come at you, your reality will crumble well, Ignore that. You are one of the funniest and most kindest reactors I’ve known for a while and you’re doing a great job man. Keep up the good work, brother.
Keep in mind, Fizz HATES blood, so if Blitz shot the fan in front of him it would’ve made Fizz’s panic attack worse. It’s a little detail many people forgot from the circus episode. Also, it would’ve ruined the event.
One thing I haven't seen many reactors mention is that while Glitz and Glam had a great final performance, it was mostly just a dance routine. Fizz put actual circus and clown acts, like trapeze, balancing, and fire-throwing into his, which just says to me that he would've won that competition fair and square if he hadn't quit on the spot- since it is a CLOWN competition.
Remember. Unless the fans do the vote for the clownness. Then mammon only cares about the money. So glitz and glam would win if it were up to Mammon. Because they'd get the most money probably

This time round I finally caught Fizz finally called Blitzø by the correct name this episode. They really are healing as a friend and Fizz stopped deadnaming. ❤️
What I personally find endearing in Ozzie and Fizz relationship is that Fizz doesn't hide his scars and broken parts from Ozzie. Like in previous episodes we see that Fizz is sleeping without his hat on, he grabs it later. Or Ozzie isn't even surprised when Fizz takes off his hat. This and also the fact that he helps him with his phrostetics. I don't know it just so wholesome that Fizz has someone who loves him unconditionally for who he really is. Definitely my favourite couple of any animated series I watched.
Yeah, the comparison to Valentino is not accurate at all. Mammon only cares about Fizz as far as he's a cash cow for him, they're both abusive obviously but Val is a manipulator while Mammon is just upfront about everything.

He was insulted twice in this episode. Once was after blitz was bailed out by fizz so Mammon didn't do anything. Second was after Asmodeus backed fizz up. Two Minutes Notice is so cathartic. And after the sad storyline it was so nice to see Fizz stand up for himself and Blitzø to be so happy to assist. It was such an uplifting episode and my fave so far!!
It was like in last episode where Oz said that lust shouldn't be forced with potions and what not, that is exactly what Vanlentino does. He pretty much looks up to Oz in a copious amount of envy and wants to be as powerful as him potentially becoming is own embodiment of lust. That's why, lore wise, Valentino looks like Oz.
I get Val idolizing and coveting Ozzie but the appearance thing doesn’t make sense because Val looks like that because those are Moth features and he’s a moth demon which just happens to look like pimp attire. Ozzie doesn’t look like that naturally but has to put on attire that makes it look as such. Val manifested in hell looking like that. If Ozzie had a single feather in his hat I probably wouldn’t latch on to it too much but he has two which was why I thought they were his antennae until I learned he’s actually a rooster haha
@@Omn1Media I mean, when Oz is in that outfit that he's rarely in, that was the first thing that I thought about was how Val looked in the Addict music video. How I tie the outfits together is the Plumage around Oz's neck and the fur around Val's collar. And then you had the feathers and the antennas which are conveniently in the same place. But when Oz is in his preferred form, biiiiiig difference. I think the thing that I thought that worked well was how Val made himself look more flashy than Oz could in a bad way as if he was trying too hard, and that one broken antenna on his head shows how he was put in his place that resembles himself lower in the status quo of the hell hierarchy (probably by Alastor). I know that he was possibly manifested this way and it possibly was a coincidence with their partial similarities, but I don't know if sinners can modify their bodies to look differently, and I would assume that it is possible considering Vox was a box TV and was later a flatscreen TV. I thought it was smart to make Val look more like a pimp, and Oz looks more professional in his suit to show how opposite they are to each other with easy to spot comparisons while Oz is in his less powerful form.
I just gotta say I love how you actually get emotional watching this show. I've watched a lot of people react to it and so many just crack jokes and it seems like they avoid showing any emotion on purpose. It just feels so much more real and I appreciate it.
I like how you recognise that fizz does have the power because he has the talent. I feel that’s something everyone that’s ever been taken advantage of doesn’t realise - the reason they are being taken advantage off, is because they have something worth the effort to be taken advantage of, and therefore, have the true power.
As someone with an anxiety disorder triggered by an inferiority complex, Fizz's panic attacks in this episode really hit hard. They're way too recognizable and relatable; him pulling at his collar because he feels like he's suffocating is a dead giveaway. It's something I once got in trouble with my boss for at a previous job (or more accurately, to *stop* tugging at my collar, I opened the top button of my uniform, and THAT is what I got in trouble for). The feelings and beliefs of "I have to be better," "I'm not good enough," "I'm not doing enough," "I'll lose everything as soon as people realize I'm not enough," etc.... yeah, welcome to my brain. I love this episode; but it also hurts.
Also with the pulling on his collar, if you rewatch his time on stage at Ozzie's he had a little speaker that he used inside his collar. Another safety that Ozzie gave him to feel more secure. 51:25
Those feelings of having to be _better,_ of never being _good enough_ for the people in your life and needing to prove yourself _worthy_ of the good things that happen to you, is _textbook_ impostor syndrome. Fizz's entire presence this episode was just wall-to-wall representation of a _very_ familiar headspace.
Seriously tho, something I’d love to see, if Ozzie does get in “trouble” for being in a relationship with an imp, I hope that Beelzebub steps in with her own relationship with Tex. I know that she is basically a fox mixed with a B, but from what I’ve heard hell hounds are some of the lowest on the hierarchy in hell. I’d love for her to stand up for him
I think Hellhounds are a rung _above_ Imps on the infernal social ladder, but it'd likely come up if the Sins pile on Oz for his monogamy. Still, it's less problematic for _Bee_ to be dating below her station because it doesn't interfere with her role as the Queen of Gluttony -- the King of Lust apparently advocating monogamous, consent-based relationships is the equivalent of Bee not wanting people to go _too_ overboard with the food and booze at parties... which, of course, _is_ something she tries to keep on the table at her house parties. Funny how the Sins we've met who're good people are the ones who don't take their respective sins to _extremes,_ while Mammon's almost self-destructively greedy. Makes you wonder what Satan, Belphegor and Leviathan are like, huh?

I'm glad I'm not the only one that little interaction with Oliver (the deaf imp) almost brings to tear almost each time I see it. I don't know why, but this scene is so emotional, with the music and all
in the first scene of Blitzo and Fizz as teenagers you can notice a symbol on Fizz's shirt and that is Mammon's symbol, and it is the same tattoo that Mimzy has in Hazbin Hotel, so it means that she belongs to Mammon, I love the details of the connection of these two series🥹🥹🥹🫶🏻
If i had to guess, demons will be likely to indulge in lust less if it'll lead to them falling in love. And if less indulge in lust, Ozzie becomes weaker. That's probably why they didn't want to come out about their relationship to the public
There's a tiny detail that I don't think many people noticed at all during Two Minute's Notice On the back wall of the stage, Mammon put his seal with his name around it. But when Asmodeus tosses Fizz the blue torch, the seal changes to Asmodeus'
What resonated most profoundly with me was just how _authentic_ Fizz's struggle with impostor syndrome felt. That constant need to be _better,_ the feeling of never being _worthy_ of the people in your life and the good things that happen to you and the resulting fixation on _proving_ yourself... it hits _really_ damn close to home when you've had the same inner monologue on loop for 25 years. It's pretty obvious that Cash's favoritism towards Fizz fucked him up as badly as it fucked up Blitzø. Being held up as the crowd favorite, the star of the circus, would've drilled into young Fizzarolli that he's only _valued_ as long as he's _popular,_ and that people would throw him away if he ever gave less than his absolute best -- it's the equal-and-opposite complex to Blitzø's, who learned that people will throw you away if they can't use you for their own benefit, regardless of how hard you've worked to win their favor. (Cash is the _worst,_ really.) Two of his lines *_really_* got to me here: "I'm _fine._ I just... need to be _better.",_ and "I-it's _hard,_ y'know? To _t-trust_ that..." - The former really gets right to the heart of what it feels like to struggle with impostor syndrome on a regular basis: you can run yourself ragged chasing after the validation you think you need, and nothing you manage to do along the way feels like it's _enough,_ because there's always something _more_ you could've done that's _better._ I've had people call me an obsessive perfectionist, but I don't chase perfection for perfection's sake: it's just the ultimate proof that I *_am_* worthy. I suspect Fizz has similar hangups to work through. - The latter absolutely *_destroyed_*_ me,_ because I've thought the _exact same thing_ when my own boyfriend has consoled and complimented me. When you can't see your own worth, it becomes really damn hard to trust people who compliment you, because they could just be saying what they think you _want_ to hear -- while it's easier to believe negative opinions about you, _especially_ if they overlap with things you've thought about _yourself,_ even unfiltered praise from someone you _know_ cares about you and wouldn't lie about how they feel about you... you just can't silence that little voice that tells you to doubt what they're saying. Even when you _know_ what your brain's doing, it's a struggle to fight with that maladaptive defense mechanism all the time. Safe to say that we're all _incredibly_ invested in seeing Fizz continue to heal. Shredding his costume to own the scars and imperfections he previously obsessed over keeping covered was a powerful step, and while I doubt he'll be comfortable exposing his shattered horns for a while, I really hope we'll see him wearing more kinds of hats to express himself in new ways -- he'd _rock_ a beanie, I'd wager!

Fizz and Ozzie are my favorite second couple their relationship is so healthy I love that they would talk and communicate I just wish my first favorite couple Blitzø and Stolas would communicate like them because I love them but they need to figure things out and communicate then get in a relationship but I am really scared of their discussion in the next episodes I feel they will make me cry.
Eve, just the title of this episode, “MAMMON’S MAGNIFICIENT MUSICAL MID-SEASON SPECIAL (ft Fizzarolli)” is a show of Mammon and Fizz’s dynamic. This episode isn’t about Mammon, it’s about Fizz. It’s his story to tell, it’s about him, but still, Mammon take that and make it all about himself for his own benefit, and Fizz ends up just being a “featuring” in his own story. That’s something that is even more shown by the fact that everyone at the show this night is wearing Mammon merch. Mammon keep telling Fizz that he have to do this because the fans want it, but none of those supposed fans are actually really caring about him, they’re not even wearing Fizz’s merch, they’re wearing Mammon’s merch. The only person wearing Fizz’s merch is Oliver, the little imp using sign language, with the broken horns. He’s the only one we see attending the show who actually looks up to Fizz for his talent and want to be a clown like him because of that.
Don't know if anyone has commented on this: the mirrors. When Fizz looks at the one with Mammon's design (his freaking mouth for f sake), he gets worse. Then he checks on Ozzie's mirror, smaller, in shape of a heart, and it helps a little. We could say it's also how Fizz feels and sees himself with Mammon and with Ozzie. Beautiful comparison I don't think was made at random.
I _think_ Asmodeus looking so similar to Val is intentional. Val can't travel to Lust, but as a sin, Ozzie's image could definitely be found in Pride. Val, horribly misunderstanding lust, imitates Ozzie's style, likely as an idol, maybe even to try and make people think he's close to/involved with Ozzie. And I kind of love that because last episode Ozzie completely destroyed any doubt in a viewer's mind that he might be okay with any of what Val does.
I'm not surprised that Alex Brightman doesn’t always watch reaction content, but when he does, he watches Omn1media. He IS the Most Interesting Actor in the World. Srsly though, Omn1's one of the most sensitive and insightful reactors out there and he's totally Brightman's style.

This episode really resonaded with me in a few different ways Im a person who deals with generalized anxiety disorder and im a perfectionist by nature so the way Fizz started to shake and unravel with this notion of having to be this perfect person really hit home for me and watching that scene with Ozzie and you see him break down and remove his hat made me break down and cry 😢 but it was also so healing and heartwarming to see the way Ozzie made him see his self worth and I think their relationship is so beautiful ❤ I really hope Blitz and Stolas are able to reach this too.

Im so dang glad this show gave us Fizz and Asmodeus' relationship so we didnt have to keep riding on the angsty Stolas/Blitz wagon too much. Fizz and Asmodeus are such an incredibly wholesome and supportive relationship, it's insane! My heart cant take it!! But I'm so happy they exist. Fizz has definitely become one of my favorite characters, I've loved seeing his growth
"This last episode was amazing, and this episode was amazing too" I like to point out that in the opinion of many these two episode were the best of the whole show. despite these epsiode not including Loona , Millie or Moxxie, who are all absolute fan favorits. I think it speaks for the writing of the show if they can archieve such a high praise even without these beloved characters.

My personal headcanon is that the explosion temporarily damaged fizz's hearing, as we can maybe surmise that the horns are connected to hearing in some way, seeing as the small imp boy also had broken ones.
Maybe it's like with humans that _can_ regain hearing after a traumatic incident if the eardrums weren't entirely destroyed, but during the time when he thought he had completly lost it, Fizz learned to sign and afterwards, he kept the skill, becaue very clearly, he has a big space in his heart for the 'broken' ones.
I hope that is true and becomes canon bc that is the most heart-warming and heartbreaking theory I've heard about Fizz 🥹

Yeah, I think after the explosion and accident, that fire would have taken away just about everything-working arms, hands, even legs. Like he would probably have needed to learn to walk all over again as well. I thought he had to learn sign because of having to learn to use robotic arms and fingers, I hadn't considered he might have gone deaf and regained his hearing. I'm adding that to my headcanon too.

Did you notice in episode 6, Fizz woke up early, drank coffee, put his hat on, and got into character before Ozzie woke up. He didn't want Ozzie to see him when he's not "at his best", he thought he had to be his clown persona all the time, even with the one person who loves him no matter what. So Fizz taking his hat off and showing his real self was really powerful for his character development

Also, Omni, I’ve noticed you said in the beginning that you’re worried that when people come at you, your reality will crumble well, Ignore that. Keep in mind, Fizz HATES blood, so if Blitz shot the fan in front of him it would’ve made Fizz’s panic attack worse. It’s a little detail many people forgot from the circus episode. Also, it would’ve ruined the event.
One thing I haven't seen many reactors mention is that while Glitz and Glam had a great final performance, it was mostly just a dance routine. Fizz put actual circus and clown acts, like trapeze, balancing, and fire-throwing into his, which just says to me that he would've won that competition fair and square if he hadn't quit on the spot- since it is a CLOWN competition.
Remember. Unless the fans do the vote for the clownness. Then mammon only cares about the money. So glitz and glam would win if it were up to Mammon. Because they'd get the most money probably

This time round I finally caught Fizz finally called Blitzø by the correct name this episode. They really are healing as a friend and Fizz stopped deadnaming. ❤️
What I personally find endearing in Ozzie and Fizz relationship is that Fizz doesn't hide his scars and broken parts from Ozzie. Like in previous episodes we see that Fizz is sleeping without his hat on, he grabs it later. Or Ozzie isn't even surprised when Fizz takes off his hat. This and also the fact that he helps him with his phrostetics. I don't know it just so wholesome that Fizz has someone who loves him unconditionally for who he really is.
Definitely my favourite couple of any animated series I watched.
I like how Mammon was never deceitful about his intentions. He was told you what to expect from him.

Yeah, the comparison to Valentino is not accurate at all. Mammon only cares about Fizz as far as he's a cash cow for him, they're both abusive obviously but Val is a manipulator while Mammon is just upfront about everything.

Val has to use his saliva and sweet talking to lure people in because he's only an overlord, and not even a really strong one either. He was insulted twice in this episode. Once was after blitz was bailed out by fizz so Mammon didn't do anything. Second was after Asmodeus backed fizz up. I didn't read anything wrong, you're just making judgments based on literally nothing

Two Minutes Notice is so cathartic. And after the sad storyline it was so nice to see Fizz stand up for himself and Blitzø to be so happy to assist. It was such an uplifting episode and my fave so far!!
It was like in last episode where Oz said that lust shouldn't be forced with potions and what not, that is exactly what Vanlentino does. He pretty much looks up to Oz in a copious amount of envy and wants to be as powerful as him potentially becoming is own embodiment of lust. That's why, lore wise, Valentino looks like Oz.
I get Val idolizing and coveting Ozzie but the appearance thing doesn’t make sense because Val looks like that because those are Moth features and he’s a moth demon which just happens to look like pimp attire. Ozzie doesn’t look like that naturally but has to put on attire that makes it look as such. Val manifested in hell looking like that. If Ozzie had a single feather in his hat I probably wouldn’t latch on to it too much but he has two which was why I thought they were his antennae until I learned he’s actually a rooster haha
@@Omn1Media I mean, when Oz is in that outfit that he's rarely in, that was the first thing that I thought about was how Val looked in the Addict music video. How I tie the outfits together is the Plumage around Oz's neck and the fur around Val's collar. And then you had the feathers and the antennas which are conveniently in the same place. But when Oz is in his preferred form, biiiiiig difference.
I think the thing that I thought that worked well was how Val made himself look more flashy than Oz could in a bad way as if he was trying too hard, and that one broken antenna on his head shows how he was put in his place that resembles himself lower in the status quo of the hell hierarchy (probably by Alastor). I know that he was possibly manifested this way and it possibly was a coincidence with their partial similarities, but I don't know if sinners can modify their bodies to look differently, and I would assume that it is possible considering Vox was a box TV and was later a flatscreen TV. I thought it was smart to make Val look more like a pimp, and Oz looks more professional in his suit to show how opposite they are to each other with easy to spot comparisons while Oz is in his less powerful form.
I just gotta say I love how you actually get emotional watching this show. I've watched a lot of people react to it and so many just crack jokes and it seems like they avoid showing any emotion on purpose. It just feels so much more real and I appreciate it.
I like how you recognise that fizz does have the power because he has the talent. I feel that’s something everyone that’s ever been taken advantage of doesn’t realise - the reason they are being taken advantage off, is because they have something worth the effort to be taken advantage of, and therefore, have the true power.
As someone with an anxiety disorder triggered by an inferiority complex, Fizz's panic attacks in this episode really hit hard. They're way too recognizable and relatable; him pulling at his collar because he feels like he's suffocating is a dead giveaway. It's something I once got in trouble with my boss for at a previous job (or more accurately, to *stop* tugging at my collar, I opened the top button of my uniform, and THAT is what I got in trouble for). The feelings and beliefs of "I have to be better," "I'm not good enough," "I'm not doing enough," "I'll lose everything as soon as people realize I'm not enough," etc.... yeah, welcome to my brain. I love this episode; but it also hurts.
Also with the pulling on his collar, if you rewatch his time on stage at Ozzie's he had a little speaker that he used inside his collar. Another safety that Ozzie gave him to feel more secure. 51:25
Those feelings of having to be _better,_ of never being _good enough_ for the people in your life and needing to prove yourself _worthy_ of the good things that happen to you, is _textbook_ impostor syndrome. Fizz's entire presence this episode was just wall-to-wall representation of a _very_ familiar headspace.
Seriously tho, something I’d love to see, if Ozzie does get in “trouble” for being in a relationship with an imp, I hope that Beelzebub steps in with her own relationship with Tex. I know that she is basically a fox mixed with a B, but from what I’ve heard hell hounds are some of the lowest on the hierarchy in hell. I’d love for her to stand up for him
I think Hellhounds are a rung _above_ Imps on the infernal social ladder, but it'd likely come up if the Sins pile on Oz for his monogamy. Still, it's less problematic for _Bee_ to be dating below her station because it doesn't interfere with her role as the Queen of Gluttony -- the King of Lust apparently advocating monogamous, consent-based relationships is the equivalent of Bee not wanting people to go _too_ overboard with the food and booze at parties... which, of course, _is_ something she tries to keep on the table at her house parties.
Funny how the Sins we've met who're good people are the ones who don't take their respective sins to _extremes,_ while Mammon's almost self-destructively greedy. Makes you wonder what Satan, Belphegor and Leviathan are like, huh?
That Monologue from Mammon at the start is so fucking funny and has one of the best Meta-Jokes of all time written into it.

in the first scene of Blitzo and Fizz as teenagers you can notice a symbol on Fizz's shirt and that is Mammon's symbol, and it is the same tattoo that Mimzy has in Hazbin Hotel, so it means that she belongs to Mammon, I love the details of the connection of these two series🥹🥹🥹🫶🏻

If i had to guess, demons will be likely to indulge in lust less if it'll lead to them falling in love. And if less indulge in lust, Ozzie becomes weaker. That's probably why they didn't want to come out about their relationship to the public

There's a tiny detail that I don't think many people noticed at all during Two Minute's Notice
On the back wall of the stage, Mammon put his seal with his name around it. But when Asmodeus tosses Fizz the blue torch, the seal changes to Asmodeus'
What resonated most profoundly with me was just how _authentic_ Fizz's struggle with impostor syndrome felt. That constant need to be _better,_ the feeling of never being _worthy_ of the people in your life and the good things that happen to you and the resulting fixation on _proving_ yourself... it hits _really_ damn close to home when you've had the same inner monologue on loop for 25 years.
It's pretty obvious that Cash's favoritism towards Fizz fucked him up as badly as it fucked up Blitzø. Being held up as the crowd favorite, the star of the circus, would've drilled into young Fizzarolli that he's only _valued_ as long as he's _popular,_ and that people would throw him away if he ever gave less than his absolute best -- it's the equal-and-opposite complex to Blitzø's, who learned that people will throw you away if they can't use you for their own benefit, regardless of how hard you've worked to win their favor. (Cash is the _worst,_ really.)
Two of his lines *_really_* got to me here: "I'm _fine._ I just... need to be _better.",_ and "I-it's _hard,_ y'know? To _t-trust_ that..."
- The former really gets right to the heart of what it feels like to struggle with impostor syndrome on a regular basis: you can run yourself ragged chasing after the validation you think you need, and nothing you manage to do along the way feels like it's _enough,_ because there's always something _more_ you could've done that's _better._ I've had people call me an obsessive perfectionist, but I don't chase perfection for perfection's sake: it's just the ultimate proof that I *_am_* worthy. I suspect Fizz has similar hangups to work through.
- The latter absolutely *_destroyed_*_ me,_ because I've thought the _exact same thing_ when my own boyfriend has consoled and complimented me. When you can't see your own worth, it becomes really damn hard to trust people who compliment you, because they could just be saying what they think you _want_ to hear -- while it's easier to believe negative opinions about you, _especially_ if they overlap with things you've thought about _yourself,_ even unfiltered praise from someone you _know_ cares about you and wouldn't lie about how they feel about you... you just can't silence that little voice that tells you to doubt what they're saying. Even when you _know_ what your brain's doing, it's a struggle to fight with that maladaptive defense mechanism all the time.
Safe to say that we're all _incredibly_ invested in seeing Fizz continue to heal. Shredding his costume to own the scars and imperfections he previously obsessed over keeping covered was a powerful step, and while I doubt he'll be comfortable exposing his shattered horns for a while, I really hope we'll see him wearing more kinds of hats to express himself in new ways -- he'd _rock_ a beanie, I'd wager!

Fizz and Ozzie are my favorite second couple their relationship is so healthy I love that they would talk and communicate I just wish my first favorite couple Blitzø and Stolas would communicate like them because I love them but they need to figure things out and communicate then get in a relationship but I am really scared of their discussion in the next episodes I feel they will make me cry.
Eve, just the title of this episode, “MAMMON’S MAGNIFICIENT MUSICAL MID-SEASON SPECIAL (ft Fizzarolli)” is a show of Mammon and Fizz’s dynamic. This episode isn’t about Mammon, it’s about Fizz. It’s his story to tell, it’s about him, but still, Mammon take that and make it all about himself for his own benefit, and Fizz ends up just being a “featuring” in his own story. That’s something that is even more shown by the fact that everyone at the show this night is wearing Mammon merch. Mammon keep telling Fizz that he have to do this because the fans want it, but none of those supposed fans are actually really caring about him, they’re not even wearing Fizz’s merch, they’re wearing Mammon’s merch. The only person wearing Fizz’s merch is Oliver, the little imp using sign language, with the broken horns. He’s the only one we see attending the show who actually looks up to Fizz for his talent and want to be a clown like him because of that.

Don't know if anyone has commented on this: the mirrors. When Fizz looks at the one with Mammon's design (his freaking mouth for f sake), he gets worse. Then he checks on Ozzie's mirror, smaller, in shape of a heart, and it helps a little. We could say it's also how Fizz feels and sees himself with Mammon and with Ozzie. Beautiful comparison I don't think was made at random.
I _think_ Asmodeus looking so similar to Val is intentional. Val can't travel to Lust, but as a sin, Ozzie's image could definitely be found in Pride. Val, horribly misunderstanding lust, imitates Ozzie's style, likely as an idol, maybe even to try and make people think he's close to/involved with Ozzie. And I kind of love that because last episode Ozzie completely destroyed any doubt in a viewer's mind that he might be okay with any of what Val does.
I'm not surprised that Alex Brightman doesn’t always watch reaction content, but when he does, he watches Omn1media. He IS the Most Interesting Actor in the World.
Srsly though, Omn1's one of the most sensitive and insightful reactors out there and he's totally Brightman's style.

This episode really resonaded with me in a few different ways Im a person who deals with generalized anxiety disorder and im a perfectionist by nature so the way Fizz started to shake and unravel with this notion of having to be this perfect person really hit home for me and watching that scene with Ozzie and you see him break down and remove his hat made me break down and cry 😢 but it was also so healing and heartwarming to see the way Ozzie made him see his self worth and I think their relationship is so beautiful ❤ I really hope Blitz and Stolas are able to reach this too.

I like to point out that in the opinion of many these two episode were the best of the whole show. despite these epsiode not including Loona , Millie or Moxxie, who are all absolute fan favorits.
I think it speaks for the writing of the show if they can archieve such a high praise even without these beloved characters.
