    This piece has been my earworm since it was teased. I appreciate Yu-Peng Chen very much. The fact that he is so meticulous with every single note in a piece makes the music evergreen. The way every note is articulated tells a little story and I could listen a thousand times and still discover something new. Truly a delight to listen to. Thank you so much, Yu-Peng Chen.

    And again, Yu Peng Chen has proved that he is one of the best composers in this generation with this album!
    It's also fascinating how different all those pieces sound. Some remind of russian concertos and some are inspired of asian music styles.
    (I'm waiting for the bts for Flourishing Lights of the Snowmelt Realm🙏🙏)

    I refuse to believe this is YPC's first Tango (heh) with writing tango
    Also that accordion player is suuuuch a hilarious contrast to YPC in demeanour

    Yes,the music title is not correct,but that’s fine,we know what the video is talking about.
    As I said in last comment about “Infinite Cloister Of Flower And Sins”, even though I also think of Piazzolla but it’s different totally . Chen is a master of melody, he can develop any simple melody into a beautiful, magnificent or melancholy works, no matter what instrument or style. His melodies and harmonies always can touch emotions. I had a lot of pictures in my mind when I was listening this piece,like Carmen, Esmilada such stories.
    Good try, but I love your Asian Style most,that's your dominion. I don't think you have to go for a particular style, just create what you want .
    Love your music 陈老师❤

      Cmon man. It's not that bad. Yu-Peng Chen left Hoyomix in good conscience that it is able to stand on its own without him at the helm. To disparage Hoyomix is to disparage Yu-Peng Chen himself.

      @@azorailke6057With all due respect, Sumeru didn't have 1 bad track and Sumeru and Liyue were good, fontaine wasn't the best and brought Arlecchino's theme which is hard to listen to, I'm hoping it picks up for Natlan, but factually is looking bad

    • @azorailke6057
      @azorailke6057 2 месяца назад +6

      @@amrradwan1055 I'd have to agree with you about Sumeru and Liyue, heck I'd argue pre-Fontaine Genshin OST in its entirety was phenomenal, but still. Maybe your were being hyperbolical with your original comment, however calling it music for kids is still a little harsh.
      For what it's worth, I didn't think Arlecchino's theme was all that good either.

      @@amrradwan1055while i agree that fontaines music hasnt been that good/consistent as before. You cant deny that there are tones of great pieces. Fontaines main city themes are all imo great, remuria was so well done. To say the music is for children is vastly exaggerated. Its still high qualtiy, just not as memorable as it used to be. Might also just be the case that fontaines music is too western and familiar...
