Northover Ridge Kananaskis - In a single day

Something a little different today! We set ourselves a challenge a few months ago to run Northover Ridge a 35km loop over mountain passes, past lakes and through valleys. A trail we'd previously covered in multiple days.
Feeling a little older and a little sorer a group of relatively inexperienced runners take on one of Alberta's top trails.
The video is a little cheesy but good fun, hope you enjoy it!
