I am not someone who likes to cook a lot but this seemed fairly quick :) (btw I love your videos, I do one of your workouts every day and I've become so much fitter and it makes so much fun. I love your dance videos and want more of them; hence it is in my best interest that you stay healthy. So please don’t take this the wrong way. Here are my issues with these meals: 1- Just one egg has enough bad cholesterol to last a person an entire week. Not healthy. Also, eggs are basically chicken period. Think about that. 2- Broccoli and rice are healthy unless you cook them in plastic. In fact anything cooked in plastic is toxic. Heat releases cancer causing toxins that are present in plastic, so please people do not cook anything in plastic. 3- Not sure if there’s any fish left on this earth that’s not contaminated thanks to the industrial waste and pollution. I would avoid, but I understand if you can’t. 4- I couldn’t tell what side of the aluminum foil you’ve put the potatoes on. Avoid the shiny side. There are no final studies done on this, but we know that chemicals are added to the shiny side, so until we have final studies, please avoid having your food touching the shiny side of the foil. Hi! About the eggs and the cholesteral.. that myth was crushed a while ago. Some studies even proved that it lowers it. So that is not a problem. Even my friend had a problem with cholesterol when she was a kid, went along with the diet, no eggs and it didn’t help. Once she just started eating eggs and her cholesterol got better. So i wouldn’t say eggs are bad in that view. My whole family eat a lot of eggs and nobody has a problem, even did the tests and the results were great. Just wanted to let you know.
