This is the story.. it's like a dystopian world where the government aka the military has caused destruction to the world. BTOB are the rebels and survived the chaos, but the military is looking for them. The girl basically is the spy and meets Minhyuk and discovers that the rebels indeed were hiding out in the church. She basically betrays all of them especially Minhyuk in the end..
