Honestly didn't know shit about this guy but this documentary was a good look into the psychology of a man who is not only an artist, but also a successful entrepreneur. It's about a charismatic guy who builds a business. There's some solid advice in here for anyone.
Edison was careless because he handed his computer over to the shop to fix without thinking about what was in his computer. He even claims to have deleted it. I don't know if that's true, but deleted files may be recovered in some instances. Either way, it was the person(s) who were fixing his computer that was malicious and/or greedy asshole(s). The stuff in there was supposed to be private! He did not give any permission for it to be copied and shared. This makes me think twice about handing my computer or phone over to a technician to fix. Who knows what they could steal from it? At the end of the day, the women (all over 18) agreed to have sex with him. They all agreed to have their pics taken. It was consensual and he didn't rape anyone. No one thought of Edison as a victim, but he was indeed a victim to what the technician(s) did with his private files.

I only wish I saw this series when it came out in December 2015, because I too was at the lowest point in my life at that time. However, I think that the Hip Hop & Rap industry in Hong Kong is very small , and there is not a lot of recognition and popularity. I'm also a big fan of Hip Hop , more specifically West Cost Hip Hop and Indie ,and other genres. Rappers like Snopp Dogg, Warren G, the Weeknd, Wiz Khalifa , Jay Chow are some that I like. I also love edm , indie and almost everything as long as its different! I can see your songs have a some influence from West Coast Hip Hop like Snopp Dogg, and thats pretty crazy because your are like one of the first to infuse Cantonese into West Coast Hip Hop. Unfortunately , very few people in HK appreciate Hip Hop. I truly hope that one day the Hip Hop culture in HK can become more popular as opposed to the all the mainstream Cantopop which all sound almost the same with meaningless lyrics about either relationships or breakups. Music is like dining and it should come in different flavors and variety. It's what spices up life. If you ate salad everyday , you will eventually get bored of it. I remember I was still a teen when this "scandal" came out, and the media portrayed him as a fuckboy and douchebag. But I always thought he was actually a victim too, because the computer guy leaked his photos without his permission and that was a crime. For ladies who cried and accused him for the photos, some photos obviously showed that they knew Edison was taking photos of them and they were quite okay about it in the photos?!? I don't know if that's true, but deleted files may be recovered in some instances. Either way, it was the person(s) who were fixing his computer that was malicious and/or greedy asshole(s). The stuff in there was supposed to be private! He did not give any permission for it to be copied and shared.
This makes me think twice about handing my computer or phone over to a technician to fix. Who knows what they could steal from it? At the end of the day, the women (all over 18) agreed to have sex with him. They all agreed to have their pics taken. It was consensual and he didn't rape anyone. No one thought of Edison as a victim, but he was indeed a victim to what the technician(s) did with his private files.

Absolutely the guy is still a massive prick, cocky as hell, and his lack of true repentance is shocking... That said, I admire how he remains confident in himself and accepts his past behavior as a part of his personal growth. The price and the pain he inflicted on himself and others, to him, is 'just life' and the only way forward is forward!
I only wish I saw this series when it came out in December 2015, because I too was at the lowest point in my life at that time. Took me 2 years to really stop looking back, but the process would have been A LOT quicker if I saw this series back then...

I do like some of your songs. However, I think that the Hip Hop & Rap industry in Hong Kong is very small , and there is not a lot of recognition and popularity. I'm also a big fan of Hip Hop , more specifically West Cost Hip Hop and Indie ,and other genres. Rappers like Snopp Dogg, Warren G, the Weeknd, Wiz Khalifa , Jay Chow are some that I like. I also love edm , indie and almost everything as long as its different!
I can see your songs have a some influence from West Coast Hip Hop like Snopp Dogg, and thats pretty crazy because your are like one of the first to infuse Cantonese into West Coast Hip Hop. Unfortunately , very few people in HK appreciate Hip Hop. I truly hope that one day the Hip Hop culture in HK can become more popular as opposed to the all the mainstream Cantopop which all sound almost the same with meaningless lyrics about either relationships or breakups.
Music is like dining and it should come in different flavors and variety. It's what spices up life. If you ate salad everyday , you will eventually get bored of it. That's why I always love to listen to new, different, music. I hope that one day, Hong Kongers , or maybe even mainland China, will widen their perspectives towards music.
