Please don’t leave this case to the sideline!! This is a real messy case on so many levels. Officer Ellis who was looking into Nick Houck as dealing drugs. He told brother to leave a questioning, selling a firearm under a false identity! Crazy all the way around.

At first word of this motion, I thought it was going to be a pathetic attempt by defense to make something happen but being completely unbiased (as difficult as that is) and reading the motions, I think they present a pretty good argument for recusal. I am a court clerk myself and I can only imagine the drama with this type of motion being filed overrr the judges head to an appellate court w/o an attempt to address this with the judge first 🤦🏼‍♀️ looking forward to more coverage on this case

The defendant in this case and his family have run this town forever. Their murderous reign of terror has ended. I have researched this case for years and it is fascinating how high up in local government and politics it goes. These small towns are so corrupted.
