I have applied for my Cenomar and I'm hoping to receive it from the Philippines in September with the DHA stamp and UAE embassy stamp. Do I still need to get an LCCM or fill that out? We plan on getting married at home and have the Mazoon/Sheikh marry us via Zoom due to covid. So Im confused with the LCCM. I dont really care about my marriage being registered in the Philippines. Hope you can help me out with this.
LCCM is a requirement by the Phil Embassy if you want to register your marriage in PSA. But if you have no plans of having it registered, i dont think u need that one.

In my case it was different as I got married in sharjah my embassy was not informed and no witness was required as my husband was a muslim and I was non muslim
That doesn’t make sense , for the nikah to be valid there needs to be two witness and a dowry from the groom and the bride needs a male family member to give her away

They should write, “ i name of (brother or father) have no objection to the marriage of my sister or daughter (your name) to the so called person( fiancé). Hi, just take it one step at a time. Don’t get overwhelmed by the requirements dahil sobrang dami tlaga. Especially now na Covid ang hirap mag process ng docs. But u will get there, and makakasal din kau. Just focus on each doc na need mo ngayon. List it all down. Then accomplish it one by one.

I am not sure po kung ano ang process sa case nyo but when we registered our marriage at the Philippine Embassy, may form po kami na finill-upon ang tawag is Report of Marriage, tapos may nakalagay dun “reason bakit delayed ang pag report ng marriage” prang ganun. Siguro para yun sa mga kagaya ng case inyo. Better parin ask the Embassy. :)

Yes, same process since you're plannjng to get married here in UAE. Need parin ng letter from father or if deceased na si father ur brother can do it. Same ng ginawa namin. We already mentioned in the video the requirements. And it's been 1 year already since this video so im not sure if everything is the same. Still best to inquire in the embassy. All the best.

Yes they will give a certificate which will be sent to you by empost.
To register for PSA the embassy will give you a list of requirements.

2. Ung sabi mo na dhl ang gagalaw with your authorization letter, pano gawin un. Pwede ba to pa expedite. - ( Yes, u have to request an authorization letter mentioning na ang DHL ang magpa process ng papers mo. U can request this one again sa PH embassy here in UAE)
3. Ung partner ko na non filipino, need ba nya ipaattest ung docs nya sa home country din? Or pwedeba dito nya pa attest sa embassy nila sa dubai? (yes, pwede na sa embassy lang nya dto sa UAE)
Please visit Ph Embassy jan sa Dubai and ask for the updated requirements. I dont know if pareho parin ba ang reqs nila now na COVID.

I am not sure po kung ano ang process sa case nyo but when we registered our marriage at the Philippine Embassy, may form po kami na finill-upon ang tawag is Report of Marriage, tapos may nakalagay dun “reason bakit delayed ang pag report ng marriage” prang ganun. Siguro para yun sa mga kagaya ng case inyo. Better parin ask the Embassy. :)

Hi Kat. First of all thank you so much for the very detailed video. Can i ask you? My father passed away and my brother cannot come to uae to attend the wedding. So regarding the "consent letter from your brother stating that you can get married and why he could not show up" and " SPA stating that your male brother is assigning your male friend as a representative" - are these two things in separate documents or both included in one document? Also can you please clarify if this needs to get legally notarised first before it gets authenticated by DFA and attested by UAE embassy? Im looking forward to your response. 😊

Yes, same process since you're plannjng to get married here in UAE. Need parin ng letter from father or if deceased na si father ur brother can do it. Same ng ginawa namin. We already mentioned in the video the requirements. And it's been 1 year already since this video so im not sure if everything is the same. Still best to inquire in the embassy. All the best.

because of the pandemic i tried to get cenomar through online (psa) and let it delivered here direct in dubai and its about to arrived in a weeks time (it took almost 3months) and u mentioned that it should be dfa authenticated? so should i ask one of my family member to get it from philippines and authenticated in dfa in philippines before sending here in dubai?
