Legally, any Court would rule that it was his responsibility to remove it when he removed his other belongings if it was so important.She is under no obligation to store his belongings. If they were married ,the Moment someone filed for separation or divorce there would be a court order not to dispose of any community property, but when you're living with someone ,you have no legal protection.Peace
