Justification for PS5 I used with wife: it’s a hobby that keeps me at home instead of going to the golf course, hanging out away from the house, etc. worked for me buddy. 😂

They messed up by having the wrong endzones in the OU vs Texas game, also didn't have the logo at midfield, and Jackson arnold looks black. Graphics look great but if they care about authenticity they better fix that

My struggle is: I used to only get Madden because there was no NCAA, and I'm already planning on getting the deluxe edition of CFB25 no matter what. So with that said, do I splurge the extra $50 on a game I won't play much, if at all? Or do I not and lose my loyalty rewards with Madden stretching back to 2015?

Just be honest with her like I told my wife on this situation. I’m buying this stuff, it has been 11 years since this game came out and this was what my childhood was. I’m buying it and you just have to deal with it. I’ll play it when the kids are asleep and it will not take away from us time. That’s what I had to tell my wife and she knows how giddy I am for this game.
If the ps5 helps with work content then you should be able to use it as a tax write-off. Just a thought. Also, with the PS5 you can have a centralized place to run other streaming stuff like Netflix, peacock, Amazon Prime music, etc.

My advise... have a personal account. Multiple bank accounts is the way to go. Each partner gets their own spending account, a mutual account for bills, and a joint savings. If you are finically responsible, buy it with credit. Be financially independent, you will respect you more. If this is not possible in the short term... Be honest. This is important to me, I work hard, I want it. If you are asking her to buy it for you... don't.

That’s tricky, man because I have the same kind of wife. I’m not sure what the pitch would be to allow her to be OK with you spending the money; however, regarding game time, she will most likely support you as long as it doesn’t take away from your time with her and the family. You must continue to step up, be a man, and understand your priorities. Try to play when she isn’t at home. Keep your game time to a minimum when she is.
