Ireland, Wales and Scotland would really suffer if it wasn't for World Rugby's ridiculous eligibility rules that say you can have absolutely no connection to a country whatsoever and have no loyalty or patriotism at all, but if you've lived there for 3 years, you can play for them. Who came up with that rule? It should be an honour to play for your country and you've got a bunch of people playing for random countries they have no link to.
