If you want to be specific about the boy, we can make it essential by skipping the comma. Hence, the rule has slackness in it.
Does it make a sense? I have never seen a lot of people in a bus bouncing up and down very fast is driving among the cars on the road . If not, why not? Do I have to describe the driver who were driving the bouncing bus or specify which person were driving the bouncing bus?
Dear Ashish Thank you for your great teachin. The doer is not important to mention in the passive voice, the clause is in the passive voice.

Absolutely.
some confusion creating about pasent participal phase

but past participal phase after past participal no object come
In these, why did you not mention about v3 starting right after the noun

Yes. Can be said.
Or simply say "Working hard can get you success."
"Working hard you will get success." Is it correct dear Ashish?
Absolutely! 💯

No, the first one is still modifying the subject I. If it was modifying the noun GUY, the comma wouldn't be there.
