Your axtually lightyears ahead of the guys you were competing against you just lacked comprehension in certain positions. The first guy couldnt hold you down which is why he kept letting you up and that pin you got at the end was super creative. Your wrestling should be an extension of your jiujitsu. Instead of shooting from the outside you should set up your offense from any of the tie variations (underhook, overhook, russian, two on one etc) you already have a high level of awareness its really just understanding the ruleset
Very helpful for those of us learning wrestling
This was a great watch, thanks for sharing - you going to upload more wrestling / bjj in future?
Yes absolutely, also be uploading strength and conditioning content for bjj and wrestling
