Days of Wine and Rosesですが、ウィキペディアでは、1962年制作のアメリカ映画で、 アルコールに溺れてゆくカップルの悲劇を描いたシリアスドラマの挿入曲です。
作曲はヘンリー・マンシーニです。

Seventy-unitって何なの？
Seventy-unitというネーミングでYou Tubeにアップしていますが、今の状況ではユニットではありません。
というのは、このサイトを立ち上げるにあたって、私の友人（ギター）と私、2人で立ち上げることになっていたのですが、私の友人ですが、顔出し出来ないということを言いだしたので、それだったら、キャンセルということにしたんです。
というのは、本気でクオリテォーを目指すなら、You Tubeなので、顔出しは必須だと考えていたからです。
ということで、私ひとりでスタートすることになりました。
そして、私ですが、奥田裕一（オクダヒロカズ）といいます。
音楽歴は、第7回のポプコンで「まいだち」という作曲で「つま恋本選会」で入賞しています。
そして、若い頃はフュージョンバンドでサックスをプレイしていました。
その後、結婚、ということで、プレーヤーから一旦、リタイヤしていたのですが、作曲活動は地道に行っていました。
ちなみに、ガレージバンドユーザーズクラブとサウンドクラウドにはオリジナル曲（MP3)をアップしております。

We are uploading our music to You Tube under the name Seventy-unit, but we are not a unit under the current circumstances.
My friend (guitarist) and I were supposed to start this site together, but my friend said he couldn't show his face, so we decided to cancel the project.
I decided to cancel the project because I thought that if I really wanted to achieve quality, I had to show my face on You Tube.
So I decided to start by myself.
And my name is Yuichi Okuda (Hirokazu Okuda).
My musical career started with a composition called "Maidachi" that won a prize at the 7th Popcon in the "Tsumagoi Main Competition".
And in his younger days, he played saxophone in a fusion band.
After that, I got married and retired from playing, but I was still active in composing music.

シリウスも使っていますが、ウッドカバーのタイプです。
SCXは使ったことありませんが、金属カバーよりもウッドカバーの音が好きですね。

I love this! I've been playing about 4 years. I can easily keep up with the melody, but I'd LOVE to learn to improvise like you do! Is there a secret? Or, do you simply "play it"!?

Regarding your question, the secret to improvisation, first, you need to create phrases that follow the chord tones, but you need to resolve the jazz two-five chords.
For example, in the case of The days of wine and roses, I think of phrasing that resolves the two-five from bar 3 to A-7 → D7 → G-7 and the B♭-7 → E♭7 → A-7 part in bar 7.
That being said, it is good to be aware of the two-five chord and to copy songs by your favorite musicians.
