You keep giving the impression that the ULN2003 can "output" voltage and current - it can't, it can only sink voltage and current. It's output pins can switch a path to ground for a device that is connected to a power source. It is thus a switch on the ground side of a device (LED, relay, motor etc ...) that is connected to a source of power.

yes it has 7 Darlington pair transistor also free wheeling diodes connected you can easily control load with it mostly relay other wise you need to connect many components for that you can also control motors led etc.
