    Why did it take 11 hours for RCMP bomb squad to arrive from Vancouver when you can fly to Kelowna in an hiur or even drive there from Vancouver in 5 hours? That’s the real issue.

      Yes. Because handling and dealing with potential explosives is something that should be rushed and definitely don't spend any prep time before arrival.
      That bomb wasn't going anywhere, and they were they ONLY ppl available. I guess you're lucky they weren't busy with their own agenda that day...

      Who cares? Taxes are going to go up anyway. Isn't there always a "reason"? If one doesn't like to pay taxes then one should move to a place where crime and maintenance and such isn't an issue.
