Both really nice rifles. I’ve owned two heavy barrel howa rifles, and they both shot phenomenal. They are heavier than some actions, but they are solid actions without a doubt.
For a stock upgrade, what's the better option. HS Precision Stock or MDT Oryx Chassis. Those HS stock hold their value. Can't find them lower than 300 bucks.
i like your reviews and love Howa rifles. but i cant compare these two rifles and its not because of cost. but weight. they arent even in the same category when it comes to weight. Mark V Carbonmark would be the better comparison to me
A few times it sounded like you were comparing a Weatherby vs an HS rifle. To be clear on your videos, you should have said the Weatherby vs the Howa. It's just in an HS stock. If you had an actual HS Precision rifle, the Weatherby would be hard pressed to keep up! Maybe you've never fired a pro series HS?

Both my Vanguard and Howa 1500 with HACT triggers are adjustable, have they changed the triggers?
no, they are still adjustable, he made a mistake on that one
