Glad to see your MG being used, my biggest trip in mine was to drive it 2000 miles to Varna in Bulgaria we had a few issues along the way as you would imagine, the worst was a sticking dynamo so the battery kept de charging from time to time, when we noticed as it has a charge gauge installed thankfully we would stop, pop the bonnet tap it with a hammer and bingo charging again. This was replaced in the end in Bulgaria with one from an old Russian lorry works a treat. Keep posting.
As an MG(B) owner and motorcyclist I have to say you miss so much of the world around you by being sat so low, in a lot of the country all you get is a close up view of walls and hedges.
Hi Dawn and Richard! Hope all is well and thank you for preparing and sharing another enjoyable video! 😊 Great to hear the mustard midget covered so many trouble free miles! Best wishes, K
Alright so im the paragraph guy 2:38 "Ker-Lare-Um" Its "Ker-Lee-Un" also that black cat you spotted her name is Molly she lives at one of the local houses but the she spends most of her days at the museum, the museum called her Spartapus of course referencing the famous Spartacus from ancient Roman times
Caleron? No peeps, Caerleon is pronounced carleeon. Good luck with the rest of Wales because the further North you go the harder it gets. Try LLanfairpwllgyygyll on Anglesey - and that's only half of it.
@@themustardmidget Don't worry about it, I'm a long in the tooth Welsh man but still struggle to get my tongue around unfamiliar Welsh place names. for example there is no 'v' in Welsh so 'f' is used instead, trouble is sometimes it is pronounced as 'f' but other times it is a 'v' sound - aarrrggg!

Thank you, great to come up with solutions to problems. Plenty more to come from us.
Very nice trip. Cheers Bob
Thank you it was. Loved it.

But with the roof down or a crash helmet on you get to smell so much more of what is around you.
Great video, and excellent bird photos.
Thank you. To see more of Dawn’s photography check out her website in description
@@themustardmidget I'll do that.
A great tiny car😀👍
Thank you, we do have to travel light
@@themustardmidget I know how you feel, I run a Caterhan Seven!🤣

Ahh full choke, remember that boys and girls.
We don’t have to have it on full choke for long

Thank you for letting us know a bit more about Molly. We had misguided info on pronunciation of Caerleon before
@themustardmidget ah right OK 👍
My 1966 Austin Healey Sprite used to let in water through the floor. It was rotten through the cills & floor... 😂
It is something we need to investigate, something on the inner wheel arch I suspect.
Well done. I wonder how many miles you covered on the trip?
Not far off 900 in a week, I forgot to log it. Something my Dad did religiously, but I afraid I am not that good at. From now on I will record it.

Sorry about the mispronunciation, something to work on in future videos. We will definitely be traveling more of Wales. Loved it.
