I was testing a similar strategy, but you gave me my missing piece by starting at Ole Miss 😩 I wish under full control you could control your assistants progression but I guess then it wouldn’t be as fun lol
I absolutely need a t shirt that says "Ditch em at the end of the year" with the "Fire Coach" button 😂 I'm ruthless at that! Also, it's an extra step and another year, but you can hop from OC ant UGA to OC at UNC who has another CEO coach and you can knock out tactician for 3 pts each and then take HC job. This is if you're wanting to only buy skills for 3 in your coaching build.

It's a little unclear to me what you're asking. But I think you are asking if you can have two users on one team. You cannot. The video is about building your coach via being a coordinator and taking advantage of preexisting head coaches abilities to level your coach up at extreme discounts
Thanks, Dustintitus9218, made it seem like you could . I have good success with the following: I saved the most points by using UNC as a defense coordinator for two season. The coach and the OC gives you an incredible amount of double discounted motivator. I start as a recruiter, use the 10 points for motivator and by the end of season two, I have more than 50 points as a motivator and 75 points total double discounted when I moved to another team as the head coach. Most of the time it is Notre Dame, as long as they go six and six or worse they fire the head coach. And if you're lucky they have a number five or better recruiting class and I get that freebie. Lastly, if you grind the first season of UNC to get a top recruiting class, you can have two top recruiting class and two national championship when you start as a coach after two seasons, providing that the team you go to has a top five retreating class.
Something i have done to make it a little faster when you are doing the recruiting on the other coach just make that user the commish and you will be able to schedule wins and advance from that user.
Just had a thought. To expedite the process. How about you find a school that has 2 elite coordinators and you user that team the last season at Georgia and at the end of the season find a new job so you have a ready set job with 2 elite recruiters ready for ya. Could that work?

@@HimicaneI’ve been trying the same thing. Tried the hard save & firing DC every year but after 2031 there are ZERO elite recruiter DC’s out there, except Larry Ogden and he has probably the worst Elite Recruiter upgrades.

Dang! I this step by step and the GA offer was not there after I accepted a role as the dummy OC in Week 1. I switched back, simmed to week 2 as Old Miss and GA was not there

I've also done it where I go to the UNC and Clemson HC and make them get bundle disc and Friends and family so you can take those jobs after Georgia so you can get more stuff at 3 before you take HC job
When you find your coordinators you like if you do a hard save before the week going into bowl week you can create coaches for those spots and never lose the coaches
Also if you do the Clemson thing I mention above and buy the things you need like elite recruiter and bundle discount also friends and family you don't ever have to hope getting the coaches
I ditched the tier 4 in QB RB WR/TE in recruiter but still took elite recruiter tier 1in all but kickers I than put points in cross trainer in tactician maxing it out to tier 4 your thoughts?

Are you asking, to replace the DC at UGA instead of the OC? If so, no, Neil Hobbs the HC at UGA has more points spent on defensive players, so you have more double discount opportunities by replacing the OC

That's not true, yo can take over a preexisting coach earn and plac e the rest of there points....Then retire as them they don't actually go anywhere, this is why there is no job opportunity when you retire as them only when you take another job.im not going to fo all the homework for you but if you can figure out the implications of that then you're getting to good stuff.
I just jumped on to make sure I hasn’t been patched and some sees this and thinks I’m selling wolf tickets.as of 11/22 915pm pacific time it’s still the way it’s always been .very been reluctant to talk about it to much so it didn’t get seem and patched but I don’t think they care.So there a tons of ways to finesse the it .I would also recommend turning off coach firings until you want them on.

You've been doing the first part of your coach build wrong. You do start at ole miss and unlock the archetypes for free. Create your dummy coach at Ga, But you recruit at Ga so you inherit the recruiting class. You can normally get atleast 150 to 200 points in recruiting class using instant commits if you take the time to go through 3-5 star players. Then u can put it on auto recruit and let computer finish the recruiting. Just check bk at first CFP week. Then you force win all ole miss and ga and make Ga win the national championship cause you inherit that as well when you take the job. You keep making ole miss win it and you dont get credit for it when you leave. When you get to Ga customize your schedule for 2nd year against highest rated teams so you get coach points faster. Now all you have to do is recruit again your 1st season at Ga and force win the national championship and youve done all you need to. Then in your 2nd season at Ga you customize your schedule against highest rated teams and just collect coach points. Put it on auto recruit you dont need it. You should be close to your 495 point total by end of year 3 doing this method. Everything else you do is on point once you leave Ga. Hope this helps you again bro. Good luck
That's literally what I did, I'm so confused. Except you don't inherit a natty if UGA wins bc you dont go to UGA till after the season ends. It's literally in the video. Now the custom schedule thing I didnt do, and that for sure levels your coach faster but it's not super necessary bc you can spend your points until you get double discount. I'm gonna rewatch the video now to make sure there is no mistake but i am 100% certain, win a natty at ole miss season 1 and you get credit for that natty. I appreciate you watching Chuck!
Yeah that was a typo. U do win the natty at ole miss. My bad for the confusion. But it also seems you do much recruiting. You can get so far ahead just with instant commits you dont have to waste time manually recruiting with Ga. Ga gonna sign four or 5 five star recruits on AUTO RECRUITING so I don't waste time doing it after I go through all the instant commits. Thanks for the videos bro.

If only you could create your own head coach apply the necessary skills and CEO and program builder retire him or let the AI take full control and then just be the oc or dc of that new AI controlled coach and push from there … what if on what if someone tell EA make it happen we want to establish coaching branch’s
I've done this but differently... I created the dummy OC at UGA and the HC in my case CU at the start of the Dynasty... Let me add... I just took over the current coaches and didn't make a new one that way, whatever level they are all point, continued to build them up... The OC I followed his coaching path, meaning after he left UGA, the HC job he took was my next destination as well, keeping the seat warm for me and so on... When I was ready to go to CU, the HC I had there from day one not only was a superstar HC, but his staff was as well and kept them on my staff...

For elite recruiters get the duke and Kentucky coaches fired ...todd clark from duke always shows up for me

Ngl it feels cheap as hell scheduling wins on top of doing this. This is great to test out different coach builds though I guess.

How can I tell what OC's & DC's that are available are elite recruiters?
Check their skill trees when you’re hiring. Elite recruiter has a different red symbol than regular recruiter
