In this video I will show you how I built our soccer rebounder/wall board for our basement. Soccer rebounders or wall boards improve passing technique and ball control. It provides unlimited exercise options to improve your first touch and ball control skill.
I built this out of 2x4's and 2x8s.
2: 2 inch by 8 inch by 10 foot long boards
1: 2 inch by 4 inch by 8 foot long board
