Master class of the McGill Big 3 with excellent step by step explanations. Incredibly helpful resource!! Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experise!!
I wish the "McGill Big 3" worked for me. Did them for over two years 5-7 times a week. Did absolutely nothing for my L5 disc bulge and chronic lower back pain. Hope it helps you.
@7TH They aren't perfect. But typically are going to be the best in preventing or minimizing future injuries, especially if they're micromovement related pain from a disc bulge.
@@RemiSovran that’s what I read in Back Mechanic. Wish they would have helped me. I’ve tried everything but surgery. Surgeon stated he can not guarantee the surgery would eliminate my pain and that it would take me out of my career as a first responder. The best thing I have done was to basically not let the daily pain dictate how I live. Basically a huge middle finger to it and I’m going to live my life and not dwell in the pain and suffering.
Have you tried going to see Dr. Stuart McGill or one of the McGill Method Clinician's? And absolutely. Good on you. I had a similar mindset when I was dealing with my back issues back in the day.
@@RemiSovran I saw McGill master clinician Marc Luko for over a year. Had two video sessions with Brian Carroll. Both were nothing but a huge waste of money and disappointment. Wasted thousands of dollars. I left McGill a long time ago. Don’t get me started with him.
