there's a house on the midwestern part of the new island that contains a 5c hammer and a gnome on the ground and when you shoot it it spawns a special tick version that refrences the gnome tick legend that's been around for a while

gnome ticks were a real thing in game to which is cool
@KilroyPlays if you do find and shoot the gnome behind the house it will actually spawn a gnome tick as well which I find cool
