Bangkok is an amazing city. Beyond the expected.
Also extremely overpriced, compared to any other place in Thailand, according to numerous sources.

@@dbuck1964 Burger King & Mc adonalds is expensive there, so eat local foods, or if you need your western fast food fix, try Taco Bell & Texas chicken.

Welcome back to BKK Esquire!!! Joice is such a fun host and tour guide. She certainly knows her local canal ways. I like those water buses as well, but I haven't used their services for a many years now. Yes! The pungent odor got me as well. I recognized that mall, right away, The Mall Bangapi. My regular weekend venue 15-20 years ago, but that pond waz there on 1st floor as I see in your video. Of course, I forgot mention that the beautiful girls in the massage parlour definitely gave me a few leg cramps or two as well. Maybe some help is needed here? Great fun Esquire! Look forward to yournext exploration.

Great video LJ, I wish I could've been there getting that same spa treatment, you were glowing afterwards! Loved the boat trip along the klong and exploring deep into the areas surrounding Bangkok w/ your friend. I'd heard about the amulet trade it Thailand, it was cool to see a group of traders in action.

in the philippines, they call those little trucks " multi cabs" . multi as in many uses and cab as it has a small truck cab. we use ours for pick up and delivery of wood sticks "for cooking" soft drinks and beer .. they cost around $2500 AUD for a good used one ..

The shopping mall with the parrot looked like Bang Kapi mall I used to have a shop there ..on the roof is an amazing water park with slides and rides ..Great place.
