that's what I thought about 11th hour at first but after a few listens it grows on you, gotta love the funkiness
I actually like how he's experimenting with his groovy flow. Such as with chorus, if I heard it cleary it said "New Flow". It meshes well with the sci-fi elements.

Honnestly (and I confess it with shame), I couldn't remember the names of the albums when I commented (I'm a lazy guy). but yeah, these albums... However he rejected what he did with gorillaz, I cant but love what he did with them more than what he's doing now, I guess it's a matter of tastes. Thank you though for the information about his feeling about his collaboration, I didn't know that
I didn’t really reject it, just was being honest, it wasn’t all about me. I came on it after the album was done.

Not a mistake, I just wasn’t comfortable with taking all the credit for that. It was finished before Dan approached me about it.

When I watch the comments on youtube and facebook, it seems that Del has kept his audience... But holly crap what happened to his rap? He used to have an awesome flow... way more groovy, at least. I miss the style he had in his mistadobalina and gorillaz times, and it looks like I'm the only one

I will always have love for Del as he has given us countless great raps over the years.
That said, this new stuff isn't landing well. His flow seems stagnant and he seems bored. The energy, enthusiasm and overall syllabical ingenuity is lacking on these Event II joints.
No disrespect, just healthy criticism from a lonnnng time fan. It could be better live, who knows.
I agree this seems pushed, should have left this one alone. There is no way to top 3030.
I think it's good
Beat is pretty tight, not really feeling Del's flow. Seems like he's just rapping to his own beat, rather than the one laid out here.
he did like 3 fucking songs with the gorrilas... all of which he said was a mistake, dont put the legacy del together with that gorrilaz shit... say you miss both sides of the brain, i wish my brother george was here,,, shit like that homie
His own facebook posts are disheartening. It leaves me yearning for the hero he once was, so much inspiration, such a powerful message. At least we can live in the fantasy that was 3030 originally.
It seems like he has lost himself in more than one way.
Beat isn't bad, but the vocals aren't what I was expecting. I want a more hard-hitting, fluid flow like on the original Deltron 3030. If this song is any indication of the rest of the album, I'm going to be disappointed.
