As I recall easy way to confirm a 312 crank is crank flange circumference c'bores. If so could you note that on yer next episode? Also recall my engine builder opened up a water coolant holes either in the heads or the block decks. Is that a thing? Reason I don't remember the specifics is my performance yblocks have been running for many years. Many Mummert parts in them so tanx again to John for the help. One real 312 E model, one 292 w/312 crank/rods and single carb and one 292 w/312 crank/rods and powerdyne supercharger, all T85 ODs, long tube headers and 4:11 traclocs. Big power and traction increase on basically stock engines no problem.
Great 🙌🏼👏🏽👏🏽 John one question please, I have one that was 272 it were In truck, I bored it to 292, if I want to put custons pisntons “3,874 inch diameter. Will the block support cuting that amount?

Great video Mr M. Thanks for the update. Steve
Love y block s , thank you🇺🇸
I’m certain that you didn’t paint that engine Cheby orange. I’m sure it’s Ford red and it just came out orange on the camera.
