People saying this is about envy, it's about greed. Plenty of people are envious and they do act out in a negative way the more they have for a longer time. However this lady was stealing and had she not been caught and confronted, she may nevef have physically harmed her. That point for me is a lot of people are very transactional in their relationships and I'm not talking about reciprocity. They will use each other and if given the opportunity do that with many people. But also provided the right situation they will kill or even plan a murder. People show you things that aren't dissimilar to their final actions. We need to make sure we aren't moving similarly and that we value the right things including knowing each other and not what we can do for each other. Many turn a blind eye for want of many things including just someone to be around but finding the right people to enjoy is a blessing.
TRUE, found out 11 months ago with a best friend for over 30 years...the kicker is other friends kept telling me that she was not my friend, and she was jealous...i always say i dont have no more than anyone else...but apparently to her I did....
Chicago Illinois says there's a lot you can learn from that situation more than just "everyone is not your friend" How about keeping your bank information like you keep the Bible, Keep it safe and keep it sacred, you cant put nothing past nobody so D.T.A, don't trust anybody, give to the needy and don't be greedy
I dumped childhood 'friends' in my 50s & 60s. Cleaning house is necessary! I should have done it sooner, but God revealed all. You're a great storyteller!
I can't tell you how many times my granny used to say that, especially to my brother.. She used to also say, Same people smile in your face be the same ones that stab you in the back!
My mama always said what my grandma/great grandma said to her "You ain't got no friends, you have associates!" And God recently removed a friend of 6 years out of my life, she wasn't a backstabber, but other people in my circle got weird vibes that she had an odd obsession with me and was jealous of a guy I've been involved with for years
I've never had anything close to this happening to me, but I will say I've had some friends that have done some really hurtful things to me, even though my love for them was very genuine. Sometimes when something happens that doesn't sit right with us, we have to take it for what it is, and I give too much leniency, or at the least address it and get a clear answer.
