You have used terms like resistance starch which sounds new. Al these days other fellow doctor youtubers have used term Glycemic index which is the rate at which the food become as glucose in blood. So it is high even the GL is high in potato. But you say potato can be adding glucose still slowly to blood. Sounds contradictory. I am sure you have the right explanation. In short what is GI, GL, Resistant starch. Pls explain more clearly with respect to potato
please do an indepth video on peanuts as a protein source. i know you recommend boiled peanuts but still there's less info out there about peanut protein. and i see people recommending peanut butter as protein source. please clear the confusion doctor.
