    Awesome video sir, I'm normal weight and in BMI , vegetarian food , but I'm getting bone cracks sound while going up stairs, doing streching.. also back pain sir. I'm in IT job. I do yoga/stretching and walking everyday.

      Sweet potato is healthier than normal potato.. but in the end goodness of potato depends on the way we cook..

    You have used terms like resistance starch which sounds new. Al these days other fellow doctor youtubers have used term Glycemic index which is the rate at which the food become as glucose in blood. So it is high even the GL is high in potato. But you say potato can be adding glucose still slowly to blood. Sounds contradictory. I am sure you have the right explanation. In short what is GI, GL, Resistant starch. Pls explain more clearly with respect to potato

    How about Manioc/Cassava for weight loss? Because in Sri Lanka many use cassava as a curry daily.So is it helpful? Any scientific evidence if you can provide here about cassava on weight loss it will be great. I am dietitian from SriLanka.

    So avoid potatoes.
    But you state is in contrast.
