@@rajtibarewala8972 bhai you are right, but what I am trying to say insan kabhi kabhi crime frustration ,kishi ke galat sankalp me,ye peer pressure, cool ya, bohut saare karan se kar baheta he, specially this is the biggest problem of teenager and early adults,so basically other than murder,up sab accused ko dusra mokha dena chahiye sudarnekeliye,give them proper mental counseling, and realise them if needed with fine or minimal year's of imprisonment according to crime, but life imprisonment or death penalty is to much ( except murder, terrorism,or severely harming someone who is battling with life and death situation), proper evidence should be collected then accuse them with this crimes.... ,but in reality there are loop holes in our judicial system.
I AM clearing this with an example,
1) in our judicial system every law is made in favour of women somehow,so some women's are using this against innocent man......
2) in our judicial system every intimate relationship under 18 is considered as RAPE and criminal offence. Even if it is done with girls consent,how this can be, it should be changed, any girl or boy above 14 years should have to choose, as you it is normal teenager behaviour to explore things,so they unintentionally sometimes do wrong things, instead of proper guidance and counseling they are uncertainty called RAPErs, which ultimately destroy s their whole life...., in India many are doing underage intimacy,but due to some mistake , sometimes it results pregnancy, then the case comes to limelight and boy who has mistakely done suddenly call as RAPErs, which is not right......
3) their are many such loopholes, which is not currently possible to tell......
This was actually the biggest need of the hour.

If he is saying that innocent people will be wrongly accused then he should have explained by giving an example. Gaurav Thakur explained how laws are going to change then based upon that explanation he should have elaborated how this change in law will be troublesome for innocent people. Let him keep aside can you explain how any of these newly changed laws will increase the chances of innocents being wrongly accused. It is easy to criticize than to explain which has become a fashion now.
