It is BPPV positional verigo.I had this similar problem when I was in usa on vacation.I consulted a doctor specialist in physiotherapy tested me while standing walking with closed eyes.And confirmed my left ear is the problematic.Doctor performed me 3 rolling excercise for 15 minutes.Then I became perfect. He he prescribed me strengthening exercises for 3 months.After this no realimg episode since11years.consult proper doctor.Treatment is minimal cost.you can see the youtubes on BPPV manovering excercises. Consult Doctor is must.Good luck don't worry it is curable.
