Oh dear. Remind me never to buy an Indian piston. Pistons are machined oval and barrel shaped at ambient so they become cylindrical at working temp. Gudgeon pin hole should be machined to tolerance of 2 microns to prevent knock.
Pistons are cam ground, they are not circular. The thrust surfaces of the piston are larger than the sides of the piston that are parallel to the piston pin. These pistons are completely round.
Great clip, thanks for posting. Not exactly Mahle quality control, but hey, they cost a fifth of the price and create semi-skilled jobs in developing countries.

Some people think in the world . In Pakistan their is no decent factory , just because you don't see on RUclips , their lots of high-tech factory .
I am glad they all wear their safety sandals!
Pistons are oval😢
I guess the right amount of silica is added for the piston material. :))

Good luck with that. Pistons are not round and how that’s locating in the jigs is wildly loose
Hello sir address plz ..
These places are important. A mixture of high tech and low tech jobs are necessary.

Excellent Work And Environment 👉❤
CNC machining? Okay, now I'm interested. Gave the vid a like!
Спасибо за видео. Очень интересно. Всем привет из России.
that's all good. but you need to add additives to aluminum to reduce the coefficient of thermal expansion. silicon is needed.
رائع 👍
Ótimo vídeo meu amigo
Enjoyed your video and so I gave it a Thumbs Up
