In Finland is only 5 500 000 people. It would be sad situation if talent child can't go to school or eat healty reason family is poor. Finland do not have extra children . Every child and young is important to Finland future. Healt care is also free or very cheap for everybody. We pay lot taxes but we get those money back free education and healtcare + some other things.

we don't have school fees. education is almost free. you may have to pay something in upper level. but it is not much.
