Those people are just living in the wrong place. Everyone lives only once and then they are sitting there day in day out at those school benches doing zombie work. It’s so wasteful of their lives.
@Jerin Wong, about the day startup and evening, yes that might be similar. But such work where you have to repeat a few hand movements every few seconds, probably 12 hours a day with a little break. And if you screw up you may get an angry leader after you. There are much much better jobs.

No gloves needed there, there is 0 chemicals involved. As for the quality of the air, there is extractor fans at soldering stations. This place looks legit
May I know how much it would cost to import all these machines to India and setting up a production line like this ?. Also will u guys help in setting up a factory like this in India ?

don't see anything wrong with the soldering. Probably better than 90% of hand soldered at home. But yes its not a cleanroom needed for micro electronics or space grade applications. You get what you pay for.
