A teaspoon of nuts between meals with water will fight snack cravings also. Eat a few beans and peas at meals. Hunger cravings on low calorie diets, or craving for more variety usually defeats you after a while. Better to bend a little when that happens than break and give up. Rose's low glycemic load foods in medium servings and plenty of greens and yellows filling your plate is the 22:10 only long term way to lose weight and keep it of we have found. We lost 50 pounds each and it goes up and a little but we have no trouble eating great foods and staying happy in lifelong maintenance. If we cut quantities we go back to losing easily. We are three years in to our overcoming food habits. What you see us cook is what we love and eat. Remember, if you are addicted to sugar or another food you can't eat....then don't taste it at all. Can't fight addictions with mild actions. Keep those foods out of your home our away from sight and reach. But if you will do these things you are an Overcomer now but you must eat forward to your new weight. Walking and some fasting will help some..and increase that some to speed things up a little. Overcomer eating habits are the biggest path to victory. It took 9 months to lose our weight. You will do it but at your own weight. The scale niddle will stop sometimes...just breath and declare yourself an Overcomer with so many of us and know that it will stall but you will not fall unless you stop eating Overcomer foods. I checked my label and my bacon has no sugar and 0 carbs..
