    Wow super ........ past 6 months ..I too follow Intermittent fasting....but I use to take black coffee & tea adding sugar..after watch your video...I decided not to add sugar...thank for a informative video.

    We have a disorder called Super Hangry Awfulness which inhibits our ability to fast!!!!

    2+ year of doing it already...mon - friday, sat/sun i eat "regular" but still can only eat 2x max..i don't do it to lose weight..thx for stopping by sunday! bless up

      @@TheFitrush yeah. I get obsessed with it and aim for lower and lower calorie intake. It’s the same reason I don’t track calories...I’ve tried working on it but I end up eating way too little. I used to do it naturally but same thing, I over worked out, under ate, and didn’t get enough nutrients.
      I’ve also struggled with orthorexia, so for my own mental health I can’t do intermittent fasting. Definitely works for a lot of people, though.
