I've been playing for 23 years and I ordered one. Gona swap out the pups, tuners, and trem though because I have extra parts and hardware just sitting around collecting dust, and this guitar seems like perfect candidate for modding. 😅

If pickups too close to the strings= terrible sound!
If you have string buzz because strings touching frets= terrible sound!
If strings too high above frets, you push the notes sharp= terrible sound!
If ground connection bad= terrible sound!
If intonation on bridge is not right= terrible sound!
If super high gain on single coils, there is loud 50 cycle hum= terrible sound!
For further information , please define “terrible sound“. "Terrible" does not describe sound, it describes how you feel. 😌
