- Hellllllo everyone! IT IS HERE! In this video, I will be reacting to the brand new video for the Japanese single from BTS, Film Out! This new song is from their upcoming Japanese album called The Best (which is an accurate phrase for them 😌). As usual, I wanted to give 24 hours for ARMY to focus on streaming, so I know this is a little late on YT. 💜 I hope that you all enjoy it as much as I did, and let's continue to stream FILM OUT!

& Wow~! Jimin’s vocal! It’s just unbelievable!!! 😍
It is truly the fortunate outcome from these unfortunate circumstances!
As we knows that Jimin’s biggest & strongest wish in longest times was to have few months of breaks for him to have decent amounts of long term vocal training & received proper professional help to improve his vocal but that has never happened to him until this pandemic break.
After hearing vast & fantastic developments of Jimin’s vocal within last 6-8 months, it always makes me wonder what if Jimin has received those 2 years of proper professional vocal training just like Jin, V & JungKook instead of that measly 3-4 months of rushed vocal training(with there debut song ‘no more dream’) just before their debut?!?
What a brilliant, phenomenal & one of a kind vocalist Jimin would be right now!
I cannot help but feel huge resentments toward BH & whoever in charge of looking after talents of Jimin & other trainees at that time.
Is JIMIN's voice even real?! Like, he sounds too good and magical to be real. I can't describe the feelings I got when his voice kicked in every time. Just left me speeches. I want to hear this live from BTS, been missing them so damn much😞
I totally get what you mean about the mature feeling of this. I think it's a combination of things. The fact that all of them - especially JK - are visibly adults now is part of it, but I also think it's largely the styling. The cinematography is extremely similar to Fake Love, but the styling is so much more real and mature. Fake Love has some of my favorite outfits from them but those outfits were very theatrical. This MV shows them wearing things they could wear on an average day. It really feels like Fake Love in the BE era. I sadly wasn't an army back during HYYH, and I wonder if this is how people felt when I Need U first dropped and they moved from the aggressive eyeliner and exaggerated clothing to stylish but casual outfits. Their ability to grow and switch things up is always amazing to me.

💜Jimin's voice left me in awe. Also, he looked so much in pain and kinda like he was angry at whatever he had to face. So many emotions. Also his face is just art, I heard recently some bigshot Asian award winning graffiti artist drew a mural of Jimin. I feel so proud that Jimin is muse of so many world renowned artists. I get BU storyline vibes from this, hopefully BTS will continue it further.

❗They all killed it 💜JIMIN's voice is so versatile! He gave us low register, falsetto, belting, , harmonising in breathy high voice with V all in one song. He is unmatched, no wonder why the media around the world and most vocal coaches and professionals have Jimin as their favourite voice. I have never heard anything like it. JIMIN's voice fits so perfectly with this. I don't think voices like him even exist. It's just perfect blend where he can go beautifully low as well as high and it all ends up sounding perfect. He trended worldwide for hours on Twitter and trended #1 on twiple Japan. Billboard hosts and other influential people are raving for his voice and visuals as usual. I can't get enough of mentioning this para everywhere since to me, it describes JIMIN's vocals in the video very well😂. BTS is just so interesting and inspiring, I can't ever get out of the BTS craze🤧😂

Yes, agree. It feels mature, while pulling at the heartstrings. JK seems to have drawn from his familiarity with anime and associated musical style and composed a thoroughly emotional ballad. In particular, I found Jimin’s tone heart wrenching, the rapline segments poignant, and the lalala so very incredibly touching. 🥲Why?

So I agree with you when I first heard it my immediate thought was, this sounds so mature, current, relevant. Not sure about radio-friendly, but a song many would love. I don't think I've heard any song from BTS like this. The members sound great!
Another brilliant & beautiful BTS song & all of them sound fantastic!
Like again, Jimin has portrayed emotions through his expressive voice so beautifully & brilliantly which make their song uniquely BTS!
And those wonderful harmonies Jimin did with Jin & then V at the end of the song is So~ perfect.
Jungkook has proven again that he is a good composer.

Heard that this movie is based on Korean movie “signal” which supposedly is based on American movie “Frequency” which all have to do with concept of time. Frequency was great. Was about a Son and father that connect thru past and present via a ham radio. To try and solve/stop murder of their wife/mom

Anyone else feel like Bang PD-nim was just like "Alright fellas, The MU is starting Phase 5 with the End of WandaVison, let's start the next Phase of BU with a song for Japanese album/movie soundtrack. You know just to throws Armies in full chaos/conspiracy theory mode. The first 3 months of 2021 was long enough for BE to lull them into a false sense of security that they know what is what." And JK or RM, "Let's really mess with International Armies by releasing the video on April Fools day."
Off topic but I'm glad that you're actually digging the new intro, i mean you're showing positive feedback to it and even adding some spice with your "Big Hit Music" whisper which really works great with it ngl.
I'm saying this bcoz i've been watching other reactors and most of them are sad and disappointed, okay that's fine but bcoz of this the comment sections is full of comments hating on BH for changing the intro which is just sad.

I cant say for everyone... but my mind screams BU, cant deny hahahaha
My own thoughts (Not spoiler but may flavour your impression of the video): You mentioned about how this video felt mature and like you were watching adults. I felt this as well. We are seeing a very similar theme to I Need U, Prologue, Run, etc where they're happy together, but looking lost apart. But the happiness they portrayed then, versus what they are portraying now seems very different. I honestly think it was intentional. The happiness then was frivolous, youthful, and somewhat chaotic. The shots here show something far more calm, laid-back, comfortable, and mature. I think some of this has to do with costuming (mostly referring to when they are in the room together. Not just very light clothing, but very comfortable as well), set design (think about the type of places they are in compared to where they used to be. i.e. container house vs. fully furnished room), and even the lighting. Also, the colouring of the video is clearer, warmer, and brighter than the harsher, darker colours of their older BU vids. Idk just my initial impression.
Additional unrelated thought (kinda theory). In the past we saw the boys together outdoors or in public places a lot. The only other place they really spent time together was in NamJoon's container house. The room they are in now seems to mirror SeokJin's space in Fake Love. Does this imply that SeokJin has, in one way or another (perhaps metaphorically), allowed the boys to step into his realm/thoughts/plans?

This song goes with the movie from the series that they made Don’t Leave Me for. It’s as emotional as that song. It’s about loss.

If you want to get into some understanding on it, don't go to dictionary or literary comparisons, don't watch tutorials on foreign languages and its meanings.

I’m on Asian time and I stayed up for your reaction to film out. Kidding. I was still streaming the mv, being unable to calm down and reading all the theories online. I got chills all over to see all the details finally coming together (it seems).
Funny thought: At this point I’m ready to believe the members themselves are actually time travelers from the future. They came back to this era to show us love and intelligence of higher order (to try to save us one last time in this crazy time). This is the only way to explain how they could have planted all these references 4 years ago and throughout the years only for them to slowly make sense now. Who can be this brilliant to have this much foresight if they’re not from the future?
Everything BTS has done so far has been sensational but film out just hit a new height yet again! Unbelievably incredible!
They dare not say it is not BU after getting us all worked up with the Fake Love scene recreated. And also Jin not with them. Opening doors to nothing, caught up in a loop.

According to Bts himself, the mv "'Film Out' is a deep and emotional ballad that brings the listener closer to the beautiful melody, forming a reminder of the person who remains in his mind and who cannot erase it from his heart," said the group in communicated. As for the Armys, Jin represents this character from the past who is in the present in an infinite loop trying to save the boys from their tragic end, but his own time in this dimension is over, and he sees them disappearing and that is why he keeps trying to again and again and in the end the V will try to help more, they are in different dimensions.
