How unbearably tragic. Why must Cio Cio San hand over her precious son? Did you see her defiant look when she agreed to do it? Why are men in opera stories such louses?
@@LadyHeathen82 - You're right. Not much has changed, though. I don't usually like non- traditional opera productions but this one was immensely moving. To have Butterfly kill herself right in front of Pinkerton was brilliant. To see the singer who played Butterfly walk on stage to take her bow with the boy who played her son made me cry. That soprano was wonderful. Bravi to all.
la her vuelto a ver.
I always cry when her son comes in just as she is about to end her life. These singers/actors are the best.
Heart felt warm feeling's 😢. Surber ❤ music is nothing compared with 😊 everlasting memories!!!!❤❤❤
Deserving of our praises ........😢😢😢

The end of CioCio-san is the most amazing. Bravo!
look at the last scene from 28:18

very good.I think your Madama Butterfly is best at this moment.
Po przełamaniu pierwszego oporu, świetne, przejmujące 🤗
Espectacular el final impresionante
All singers are best~~*♡
Muy bella
Beautiful....a real dramatic soprano...just beautiful....
impecable
This Sharpless is beyond horrible!
Que triste final
It's very interesting how it's possible that backround and scenery of this performance looks the same as of Warsaw' performance ?

Is this a countertenor doing Kate?
Sad, sad, sad. My heart stays in Nagasaki in 1887.

Wow! But couldn’t they find something other than a dog cone ADOGCONE? For the wife’s hat!!!?
el baritono es terrible

Do you have the other acts?
Madama Butterfly plus Ringu, not good.

y una drag queen como kate pinkerton inaceptable, es que se ha vuelto gay pinkerton, please
Seldom have I heard such a lack of emotional involvement from singers in his scene. Singing mere notes is the worst offense especially in this scene.
