Moved to nwa from nor cal 8 months ago and love it, I'm a electrician by trade and working on the new Walmart headquarters, moved to bella vista and couldn't be happier, thanks for the video I'm trying to convince more of my friends to move out here
@@Dana-yq3fi 7 private lakes that are full of fish and with beautiful bluffs , 6 golf courses, 150 miles of trails for bikes and walking with waterfalls, streams and extremely well maintained all for 30 a month poa fees, if you pay 40 extra a year you get free golf at a 9 round course, free range balls, free gun range and 2 free rec centers with weights, spa, pools, tennis courts, disc golf all in a ozark woods setting where you don't feel like you are in the city, 10-15 mins to Bentonville, I love it here, mix of retired people and families
Chiggers are the worst pest for me...I've had as many as 100 chigger bites which kept me awake for days on end until the itching finally stopped! I just love the outdoors, so every year I brave the ticks and chiggers. Just wish I didn't have to though.
This is a great video, really gives a panoramic view of NW Arkansas. Really thinking of moving from Kalispell MT (invaded by 44k and counting Californians) to NW AR, this REALLY helped, thank you so much!
You are a honest person . Extremely a real professional. I need a realtor. I live in a rich part of Texas and to much fake people. If my house is 6thousand here in tx. I at least want to get a house half of that. I wouldn't like Bella Vista . Not retired however if I have the realtors office you work . Will call to find out more info.

Yep nobody could of said it better. All I have to think about next is getting out of Texas. I wanted to open up a shop. Mabe a coffee place or resale clothing store. I'm checking it out
I applied for a teaching job at Rogers elementary while I was in a New York graduate school. They didnt even bother rejecting me. Id love to move to NWA if I can find a teaching job. I'm a sanity refugee from the People's Republic of New York😅
I think the best way to get to the meat and potatoes off whether someone should or shouldn’t move to the area comes down to a few things: cost of housing: it was at one point much cheaper to move to NWA than the majority of major metro areas. That’s not the case anymore. Housing is comparable to Austin Texas, Madison Wisconsin, and Charlotte NC. If you want to buy a home in NWA you will need to be a cash buyer. The infrastructure to build more affordable housing is a decade behind. Housing has reached crisis levels and sprawl is becoming the only solution. The area is no longer an escape. It is still a great place for young families and people to grow their savings. It is no longer the housing market it was. As prosperity has boomed, crime has increased in congruence. I moved out of nwa because my landlord raised rates past what I could afford.

Left In 2018. Bella Vista. Walmart has ruined the area. …but actually I knew NWA from the 1990’s. Not the same at all. And will get worse.
