I feel so bad for the new drivers who really think you can make money at this. I really appreciate you being humble and honest enough to post this. Unfortunately nobody is going to watch it until it’s too late.
I was quite pissed myself. Deceptive wording - dang, they even put "extra" in your text? Maybe you got a different deal than I did, but if they do you like they did me, that's just wrong.
How about the new one? $2,750 with 295 deliveries. I got sucked all up into that one real good. About 40 45 minutes ago I was up to 290 deliveries. Then I thought "they're probably going to stop me at around 292 or something." It just didn't feel right. So I was parked somewhere waiting for orders and decided to search "are doordash bonuses a scam?" That's when I came across this video. I went back and looked at the wording. And sure enough, it's "you" earning the 2 grand. Not *_them_* giving it up. Looks like I picked the wrong 2 weeks to be gullible. I mean I was out there with my limpng arthritic behind accepting orders I regularly decline, trying to dash at night. Shining a flashlight on houses to see if I could read the address hoping no one will rush out and beat the crap out of me. I can't even see the numbers in the daytime let alone *_When the Sun Goes Down!_* At about 10:30 when I saw your video and checked the wording. I ended my Dash and said goodnight. I'm going home to bed now.
A thought I just had! If you’ve not reached or surpassed the dollar amount they “promised” you, go ahead and do your last few deliveries before the time runs out. At least you’ll get a little something for your trouble since DD will make up the difference if you’re below the dollar amount.

Yeah I work postmates and door dash and postmates promotion is much better for 100 deliveries because it doesn’t include tips in the amount you’ve made when it’s comparing it to a guaranteed amount so door dash should fix something with their app

Yeah, they got me today. I just completed 153 deliveries in 81 days and I didn't get shit and they sent me the same text 😂😭
