I don’t understand this kind of canning. Is this safe? We go through such rigorous methods to can vegetables and meats here in the USA canning the food in the jars and then inside of pressure canners for 30 minutes up to 1.5 hours for meats. It’s much more complicated than this video, but I would like to learn more on the way this is done and how long it’s actually good for.

Καλημέρα ευχαριστώ πολύ για τα βίντεο παρακαλώ τά φασόλια δεν θέλουν βράσιμο μετά τά βράζουμε όταν ανοίγουμε το βάζο.....αν μπορείτε νά μου απαντήσετε.... ευχαριστώ πολύ
Ой там уксус не надо даже можно без соли кипящая вода и 1час стерилизовать такие банки достаточно кипятить 45 минут потом закрутить.Открываеш и пользуйся.
