北陸本線福井県区間移管第3セクター ハピラインふくい 開業記念出発式

2024年3月16日の北陸新幹線金沢-敦賀開業により、同区間の経営が第3セクターへ移管となった、北陸本線。
福井県区間の敦賀-大聖寺間は「ハピラインふくい」、石川県区間の大聖寺-金沢間は「IRいしかわ鉄道」に経営が移管されました。
福井駅では、7:54発の敦賀行き普通列車1224Мの発車に合わせ、開業記念出発式が行われました。
ハピラインふくい社長の他、来賓として国土交通大臣、福井県知事、JR西日本社長等が出席し、花束贈呈、くす玉開披、出発合図等が行われました。

With the opening of the Tsuruga extension of the Hokuriku Shinkansen, the Hokuriku Main Line, which had been operated by JR West, was transferred to a regional railway company managed by local governments.
The Fukui Prefecture section has been transferred to a company called "Hapi-Line Fukui", and this video is a recording of the departure ceremony to commemorate the opening of the line.
