Did you thaw the mussels beforehand or do you just put them in the pan frozen? Am I right to assume that they are fully cooked so you are basically just heating them up?

Our mussels are cooked so its just a matter of reheating! Boil may be good if you want to avoid the sauce to be watery. Im sure itll be ok, but a little lemon brightens the dish

Shouldn't take too long I'd say about 4-5 mins until they are warm all the way through
