By now you may not still have the cauliflower but I will give you this recipe anyway.
Cauliflower crunch salad
1 head or bag of cauliflower chopped into different sizes raw and washed well
add your favorite bacon bits (or cook and crumble1/2lb if your ambitions lol)
Add about 1/2 to a whole cup of your favorite shredded cheese
One bunch chopped green portion of green onions
1/2c or so roasted salted sunflower seeds
Add your favorite creamy salad dressing such as rach,creamy Caesar, creamy parmesan ect....
Hope you try it and like it. It's a favorite in my family.

Honeycrisp apples are my favorite! So much so that I recently bought a tree for my backyard! They are sweet and crisp. 😋
that's about what i spend every week shoppimg. really getting tired of these crazy prices. that tea stuff looks good. gonna have to try it.

take 2 boxes of the spiral tri-color pasta, half of a package or less pepperoni, 2 family sized bottles of zesty Italian dressing, 1 1 pound block of sharp cheddar cheese, 1 1 pound block of pepper jack cheese, 1 pint grape tomatoes, cut the cheese into bite sized pieces, cut the pepperoni into quarters, cook the pasta according to directions, once the pasta is done allow to drain put in a bowl pour 1 bottle of dressing over it and allow to cool completely, put the cheeses, pepperoni, and tomatoes in a separate bowl and add about half of the other bottle of dressing chill until pasta is cooled, mix together taste to see if it needs more dressing and add accordingly (I normally use both 1 1/2 the first day and the other half the second day) enjoy my family loves this I can't keep it in the fridge during the summer

Samples hunt.
Cauliflower ideas. Battered and deep fried. Oiled spiced and oven roasted. Mashed Cauliflower (like mashed potatoes). I toss cauliflower in any mixed veggies dish (cous cous, stir frys, Indian food, mexican tacos, creamed soups, with pasta, or any rice dish (paella, rice and beans). I also enjoy cauliflower rice (by itself or mixed half and half with regular rice) and we even made a cauliflower pizza crust once. Love the show hugs to you all Jim Oaxaca Mexico

Have you all tried English muffin pizzas yet? Great snack for after school or anytime! Just split muffin in half, use any sauce you happen to have open (spaghetti sauce works great if no pizza sauce) and pretty much top with whatever sounds good in the fridge and mozzarella cheese of course or really any cheese of your liking. There is no wrong way! Can do with bagels too but I like the muffins. Bake at about 400 until cheese is melted. We often just used the toaster oven but I only have one son so I am sure this is oven worthy for you ;) I am 54 and grew up on these! Still a favorite! Cheaper than buying the frozen pizza snacks and quick and easy plus uses up stuff in the fridge! Let them get creative. Love to you all and Happy Summer!!

Try making Colly in a Indian style curry.
Fry onion garlic ginger add part cooked Colly & Curry powder
Then a can of Coconut milk to make the gravy.
Cook rice in Colly water or have with Nan
Add some peas to the rice it looks good :)
But a Colly & Mac Cheese bake
Umm works with Broccoli as well
Both are very nice
Veggy sides/mains.
Cheap & Filling

If you save your. Milk jugs, cut cut off the bottom, place over your plants, it makes a mini green house.

The citron honey ginger tea is so so yummy! And my Costco had the gyro meat on sale (about $3.50 off, I think). I picked up 4 bags for the freezer. Such an easy meal that comes together in less than 15 minutes straight out of the freezer. I often skip the naan bread since I am diabetic and make mine into a salad.
I also love it as a salad!! It has become my favorite quick meal for when I am tired!!
I don't shop at Costco, but now, I'm going to look for it in the freezer section of Stater Bros. Sounds so good!!! 👍👍
@@karenleemallonee684 the gyro meat at Costco is in the refrigerator section. I just freeze it to keep on hand for those evenings I don’t feel like cooking. Hope you are able to find some.
The tea I also use as a glaze for poultry especially duck 😋

Blanch the cauliflower in boiling water for 3/5 min take out put on baking sheet and freeze
Then transfer to freezer bags and it tastes just like fresh when you eat

We LOVE honey crisp apples! The only ones my kids eat! Also I’ve baked cauliflower in the oven and put buffalo sauce on it, it was like a vegan song option. It was honestly pretty good!
