Your experience with Waterfall shows why Dorami was right about adding a cbf detector in The Yangire ( not a blocker cuz it doesn’t stop you from playing the level), to make the level with cbf as hard as without it, by buffing it, so people with higher refresh rates don’t have an advantage on people with lower ones, now if every Victor of Waterfall uses CBF, the level will get misplaced ( I mean said it’s 40-50 using CBF, and LordVaderCraft said it’s like 30-35) Enough of that, GG on your completion
I just need to say this. The CBF drama, shouldn’t be a thing. The only problem it has is that it goes 1200 FPS to click in, even if not visible. And if I’m gonna be honest? That is in my opinion something the game needs to have. When its a mod. Its an installed bypass. Conceptionaly. Thats an issue. What we need is this to be avaliable for everyone because GD is all about pushing the limmits of whats possible to its absolute limmits, and if a feature like CBF will give a boost to the enjoyment players have with stuff like spectre, Waterfall, cold sweat, slaughterhouse? Then that needs to exist. It wouldn’t invalidate old completions, following that logic, all the shit we did on 60HZ until 1.7 or smth would have faced that struggle. Yet it didn’t. Refusing to advance because of the comfort we have with the impossible stuff we have done now is a waste of time. We are moving forward, and CBF needs to exist as an ingame feature and not a moded bypass
