You are right and I checked the regression analysis with and without that beer every single time to ensure it was not biasing the data too much. Rest assured I sand behind the trends I presented.

Yes Alot of recipes are based upon the Gordon Stron recipe in BYO where he ironically uses Honey malt, Nelson and Motueka
