Barlinnie is an actual okay jail, done ma last sentence in 2017 after been in and out a prison most ma life. More chilled out than polmont thats for sure. A stuck to the gym and work party and the routine sorted ma head out. When a got out a got a job up north and now staying in Argyll. A grew up in Castlemilk and cant see myself ever going back there onwards and upwards. Good podcast enjoyed that lads take care.
