This is true he can charge whatever he wants, and he should in my industry. There are set prices. It’s very cutthroat and people go up and down all the time with their pricing. But does his service have value you don’t ever hear anybody ever talking about success with his products?

Great analysis. Just a couple of points:
    * He doesn't say he's a billionaire. He owns a couple billion in real estate, but like you say, it's leveraged. When he was cast for season 2 of Undercover Billionaire he pointed it out. Discovery's response was "We're not changing the name of the show."
    * He makes a lot of income from his businesses, which he funnels into real estate. For years his focus was sales training, but as you say, real estate syndication can make a ton of money and that seems to be where he's putting the effort in these days. The social media has always been to drive awareness of his businesses.
Some of his motivational stuff is great. Some of his stuff I can leave. The trick is to not just have one guru - there are a lot of people, like you, who have information that can help someone.

Noah, I like your content and want to belive the facts you give but little slips of misinformation make me question the rest of your content... Grant did not create Undercover Billionaire show, he participated in its 2nd Season (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Undercover_Billionaire)

I agree. Noah is usually good. But for this video, he seems to have had an agenda.
Also, Grant always tells you repeatedly in his videos how hard you have to work to make it, whether it's with his materials or anyone else's stuff.
Not Noah's best video to be honest.

I would make the argument that the reason why we dont call Bezos, Musk and Gates a scam is that most of their wealth is in the stock. You can do the math what their "wealth" is at any time. We dont really know how much cash they have, unless they sell some of their stock like Gates and Bezos has done some times. Gates is after all more known doing this because he has been the richest man for a long time (well for me any way)

Grant's main problem is that where he works hard at all his stuff (and I believe he has more businesses than those mentioned) ... He's not very likable.
Not being likable will automatically produce negative feedback from a lot of people.
It's like how a doctor with a worse bedside manner will get sued more often despite not actually being a bad doctor.

Grant’s always been a difficult pill to swallow. Comes across incredibly insecure and abrasive. I personally just don’t dig his style. lol..🤷🏽
After his interview with Jordan Belfort, where Grant became so insecure, intimidated and frankly, elementary, that he literally challenged Jordan to a “Cage Match” !! ( for charity, of course) 🤦🏽‍♂️
    It was embarrassing!!!
mad respect, tho! He’s doing something right. I hope. lol
Respectfully, I’d pay for Noah’s time all day over Grant!

I worked at a Honda dealership for 5 years in a decent size city and my manager swore by Grant Cardone and we had to use his program all the timeeee to train to sell cars. Luckily i didnt have to buy anything. I own his book the 10x Rule. We were made to read it for work lol. He had some decent advice for car business but outside of that he said some stuff that made me mad. He said depression is just a mindset and isnt real basically. I cant imagine how much the dealership paid for the program though. Outside of sales advice this whole crap about becoming a billionaire is a scam.

Technically it's true about depression. most people and doctors complain it can be for ever or even impossible to get rid of but it's only a mental problem that we humans are to stupit to realize.
trust me a great controle over your mind is stronger than both stress and depression
All depression does is making us feel weak and lost but we are better than that!! 🙏

Has aspirations to be Trump and president, Louisiana style. That bit is Slightly scarey. Playing to win black audiences too. Haha I think we agree- he’s a one of a kind. Respect and credit where credit is due. But... and yet I watch all the shows and learn stuff every week.

He is a smart man Nothing wrong what he is doing He is a good teacher. I bought his 10x course it is educational if you can put it in use. Only one thing, when I bought the course I noticed it was taking out around $140 a month sort like a membership fee which he didn't mention. I emailed the 10x office and told them and they discontinued the membership gave me the $140 back but I kept the course.

I don't think he's a scam, he just makes his money through big aggressive events and gets people all excited who will buy all his books and courses and then not do anything with it as usual. Then he takes that money in order to show off his success even more, with boats and planes and suits and then invests it in real estate. Same principals as "Rich Dad/ Poor Dad" whereas you need to shift from "Earned income" to "Passive income" for less taxes.

Some of his books were helpful. I found “Sell or Be Sold” and “10X Rule” to be helpful in setting up my (profitable) business.

That's debatable. Jordan Belfort exposed his shit salesmanship. One skill grant does have that's exceptional is his Marketing ability. But sales again is debatable.thats not to say he doesn't know a thing about sales. I'm sure anyone can learn something from him. But you wouldn't want to train for a professional boxing match with a shit coach would you?

And that’s cool. He’s a hustler in the same game that everyone is trying to hustle in. He just figured it out and is capitalizing off it. More power to him!!

Thank you for the information, Noah. I appreciate your honesty. I'm a newbie affiliate marketer since I was suspended from a private nursing school because I made allegations against them of my age discrimination that the OCR recently garbage my case. They say after you fail, you will succeed in life. That's the punchline of Grant Cardone; a single mother raised him & he worked hard to make it. I got hooked on his storytelling since it's inspiring. The only reason why I never joined 100%, the courses were so expensive & they're not worth what you're paying. We need to respect how the man hustles since he got the option to charge more. I agree with the flashy life since I was raised by a simple father who is a good & humble lawyer, too. You gave a balanced analysis on this video & I liked that you may question some loopholes if he's legit, but you're not judgemental. Thank you for making this video. Happy Thanksgiving 2022. #Cheers
