Was howling in excitement when I saw the upload. Lycan, you imagine, I was thinking we had missed an upload because of the channel trailer (which is rad btw). But having this release on Moonday is very fitting!
I have a player that is playing an alchemist that focuses on healing. (In a mad scientist way.) They mentioned a Mentor, but we never delved into what happened to them. Just as well, the player doesn't have a distinct focus or end goal. This video has got my gears spinning, and I'm going to broach the topic of their master becoming a werewolf, and them needing to grow their skills to make a cure. Thanks for the help, and I look forward to your next video.
There is a tie with the Otari village and a lupine-therianthrope. In the past, a druid hid hid affliction until the deaths of multiple citizens. A horrible miscalculation, as the attacks upon travelers through the region went almost completely unnoticed. The current manager of the Open market lost his wife. Some whisper of the death of their child, others of twins, and a few her pregnancy. In Diobel, the tale is often sung, parts of plays and a favourite for puppeteers. There þhe family is stalked by the werewolf. None have risked bringing Diobel's version in Otari, yet. Still, wild pelts get the best prices from Otari's Market manager. While genuine theranthrope parts can earn even more. For the druids on Koryos Isles, this black stain is rarely discussed openly. The fact the murder's death isnt proven, strains relations for druids agreeing Otari. Unfortunayelt, the body of the werewolf disappeared beneath the waves after falling from the western cliffs of Otari. Since the Druids ended actively seeking the culprit, Otari's Market is off-limits to them.
One idea is if their is a deity or specific character tied to a certain creature or possibly locations maybe around the same time do videos on them as well

Great idea! Wolfsbane is a level 10 item in PF2e, so it takes a special alchemist to be able to seive it down to its important consituents.

How interesting. I never knew there was such nuance to the condition.
One of my favorite monsters!
Great timing! I have a player in my next campaign who wants to play a player cursed with lycanthropy
If you start with an adventure set in Otari, there is a tie in with werewolves.
Would enjoy hearing how the adventure goes with the lycan.
