Even Disney noticed her. 😊 And what gets easily overlooked is her pronunciation here. She barely speaks English, but you would never know if you listen to this.
When you do react to her solo "Paradise", I recommend you to react to the MV and then to the piano version special clip after too cause it's super good (but of course that's completely up to you) :) Siyeon and Dami also have an OST called "Shadow" if that would be something you're interested in (there are 2 versions, the normal version and the slow version, and both are worth a listen)
A quick note if you decide to react to Shadow. I suggest you react to lyric videos instead of the MV's. Shadow is an OST for a horror kdrama and the MV's show clips of the show. Many people end up getting too distracted by the clips of the show and they end up not getting the full experience of the song itself.
And that's why she's my ultimate bias in Kpop. It's not just the loud belting. She also has complete control of her vibrato choosing when and where to deploy it. And her support and control on the soft and low parts is also impeccable. Yoohyeon would be the main in almost any other group, but Siyeon is the female vocalist of this generation of Kpop, IMO.

Hate me if you want, but THIS WAS BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL. So much that I recorded this. The original didn't even grab my attention. There is so much damn emotion in Siyeons voice, it's crazy. It's not even her language but it's got the “it” factor. There's purpose in her words.

YES. Paradise, which came on automatically? Yes, you _need_ to see that. That's actually her _official solo debut,_ and a very personal song, for which she wrote the bulk of the lyrics as a message to her past self. As well as three different videos (the official MV, and Black and White versions), there's a stunning piano rendition alongside them. Not to be missed. Not to be over-simpy, but "better than the original" is basically Dreamcatcher's catchphrase when it comes to covers. A majority of the time, they cover songs I don't know, so I'll check out the original for context... then come back and put Deukae's on my playlist. They take songs I don't like, and _make_ me like them, they'll songs I _do_ like, and make me _love_ 'em. There are a lot of recommendations for the two versions of "Shadow" (hard agree) from the Dark Hole OST, and "No Mind" from Take Revenge; she also did a song called "Good Sera" for the OST of Into the Ring, which is a _very_ different vibe, and in the live version you can really see her enjoying herself! 😁

Handong: One of the tallest, very similar to Yoohyeon, but with a bigger face. Strong arms. more delicate voice. Dami: rapper, deeper voice, usually with short hair. Gahyeon: rapper, smallest of the members, good at making facial expressions. Jiu: rounder face, big smile, hair color changes frequently. Most of the time he sings the pre-chorus. Deep look. Sua:Very similar to Siyeon, but smaller in height. Thin nose. Lighter skin. Thick legs. Stands out more dancing than the others. Siyeon: taller than Sua. Heart-shaped lips. Almond-shaped eyes. Thin eyebrows. Sing the highest parts.
Also adding, Jiu is the the second tallest member, and have a very unique look facial wise. Her speaking voice is very deep, but her singing is light and high.
A few corrections: SuA's actually the shortest member now; Gahyeon outgrew her some time ago (against SuA's direct order, I might add 😂). JiU is the second-tallest member, but is only a touch shorter than Yoohyeon. Handong and Siyeon are pretty similar in height; I _think_ Siyeon has the edge, but I'm not sure. So it's SuA > Gahyeon > Dami > Handong/Siyeon > JiU > Yoohyeon Dami _has_ had short hair, but to be honest, as soon as she cut it really short (Piri era), she started growing it back out again. Nowadays, Siyeon's probably maintained her short hair for longer (over two years now), though she often wears extensions.

Suggestion is Yoohyeon's covers and all of Siyeon's (Yoohyeon is really Main in My eyes and this two play of each so well) of course and if you have a chance go through their 'Special Clips' playlist in their official RUclips Chanel. There is A LOT!
Yup, Speechless is an awesome and beautiful song and Siyeon really did it justice. Even Disney liked her cover of it. She actually wrote Paradise, at least in part (I have a terrible memory so I can't remember if she wrote it all by herself or if she was on a writing team...). ALL of the different versions are AMAZING; there is the original pop version, which is what you were looking at when this video ended and there is a Piano version that I have seen which is softer but entirely perfect. And I think she did a rock version (but I could be wrong, maybe I was only thinking that she could do that if she wanted...?). Anyway, totally easy song for her to do live.
